Quick Facts About V Spa & Nail Studio
V Spa & Nail Studio has received both positive and negative reviews from customers. It is important to consider both the strengths and weaknesses mentioned in the comments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the salon's services.
Starting with the strengths, several customers praised the salon's customer service and professionalism. The staff members were described as friendly and attentive, greeting customers upon arrival and making them feel welcome. The environment was also mentioned as sophisticated and clean, with all staff wearing masks for hygiene purposes. The salon also offered beverages to enhance the customer experience.
Another strength of V Spa & Nail Studio, according to customers, is the skill level and creativity of their nail technicians. Many customers mentioned specific nail technicians by name and praised their abilities to meet their desired nail designs. John, in particular, was highlighted as an exceptional artist who consistently exceeded expectations. Customers also appreciated the attention to detail and precision in their nail services, such as a precise polish application and clean cuticles during a pedicure.
Additionally, some customers appreciated the convenience of the salon's location. Being close to their homes or workplaces allowed for easy access to their services. The availability of appointments and the short wait times on non-peak days were also mentioned as positives.
However, there were also several weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One recurring issue was rushed service. Multiple customers complained about feeling rushed during their pedicure and nail services. They felt that the nail technicians were competing to finish the services quickly, which compromised the quality of the results. Some customers mentioned uneven polish application, nails that needed fill-ins after only a few days, or nails that were not sturdy due to insufficient use of acrylic.
Another weakness that was mentioned is the inconsistency in customer service. While some customers praised the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, others had negative experiences with certain nail technicians. One customer mentioned a technician named Peter who provided rude and unprofessional service. This inconsistency in service and treatment raised concerns among the customers.
Lastly, a few customers expressed disappointment with the pricing and communication at the salon. Some felt that there was a lack of clarity in pricing, with discrepancies between what technicians quoted and what was charged at the front desk. Others cited instances where they felt their requests or concerns were not taken seriously, leading to dissatisfaction with the final results.
In conclusion, V Spa & Nail Studio has strengths in terms of customer service, skilled nail technicians, a clean environment, and convenient location. However, there are weaknesses related to rushed service, inconsistent customer experiences, and pricing and communication issues. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses to ensure consistent and satisfactory experiences for all customers.

Cindy did my nails. First she Rushed on my pedicure. She kept asking me if I wanted gel after I already clearly stated that I wanted regular polish. & had a overall rude and cold demeanor. Then she did my full set. Coffin nails. I didn't want to be overcharged for "long" nails so I got them medium length. Which nowadays is short. I'm in my 30s so I remember back in the day when you could get what's now known as long nails for the regular price. $35-$40 tops. Anyway, she rushed on that too. And they way she polished it, she didn't start it at the very top of my nail bed. So here I am just 4 days later and it already slightly looks like I need a fill in. So either she did that on purpose, or she's even a worse nail tech than I thought. Oh! Also. Lots of their licenses say "Limited Nail Technician". I realized this after the fact. Needless to say, I'm never going here again.
My first time at this Salon was great! I made an appointment to make sure I could get in, with hopes of a short wait time. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was greeted by Kim when I arrived. Once appointment was confirmed I was asked to take a seat. I was seated for less than a 2 minutes before they sent me with nail tech Jessica. Before she started I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she was confident she could do the picture I wanted but not the color. She spoke briefly with another tech he told her what to use and she told me she could do my nails like the picture. She was kind and took her time to complete what I wanted. She made sure I was happy with cut, shape, and design of my nails. She completed my pedicure the same way. Definite a place I would recommend.
The environment is very sophisticated and clean. All staff wore masks, and greeted you as you arrived. The wait time was not long at all for a Thursday but I’m sure Friday and Saturdays would be much longer. They will never see me those days. They even offered beverages!!! My nail tech John was awesome and cleaned up the shabby work from a previous nail shop. His designs were on point (I let him do his own thing to see how he did) and I didn’t have to clean up my nails afterwards. The pedicure was minimal but I didn’t chose any upgrades. Eyebrows on point as well. The overall experience was a great and the best part is it’s right around the corner from me!
This place is amazing! They have such highly skilled artists that work here. The creativity just exceeds all expectations! John has been the best artist that I have had in 25 plus years of getting my nails done. It is best to let him do his magic; I promise you that you will not be disappointed!! It is best to make an appointment so that you get to experience their services fully and allow them the time to shine. This is a busy nail salon where people have waiting lists for appointments. Jimmy & KV have created an amazing atmosphere and the customer service is phenomenal! You have a client for life! I sing your praises to all that listen, and it is not hard to do as I get stopped constantly and asked where I get my nails done. The people that work here are all very hardworking and try their best to please their clients. I really wish that every-time I was here I did not witness this, but every-time, this happens, and it is shameful. Ladies will sit here and get all the way through getting their nails done, not say anything during the process, nod their head, say it is okay and then when they are finished, they complain about the nails and how they don't like them and on and on. How about you say something when you first realize you do not like the design or the shape or the color or the length or whatever... why must you ladies wait until the nails are complete to complain and then try to get a discount. Tsk, tsk ladies, you can do better. Some of you are repeat offenders and ought to be ashamed of yourselves. If you can't afford to get your nails done, then don't get your nails done... Meanwhile the rest of us will be over here loving our nails and loving V Spa Nail Studio!!
So I went to Kayla for a pedicure.. she did AMAZING! She was very precise with her polishing and was sooo sweet.
So with the nails I usually go to JOHN (which he is the BOMB.com) but he is always booked up weeks in advance so I had to settle for another nail tech. Peter.. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I got a gel overlay. He didn’t give me a chance to pick a color I wanted. He design was okay but I wanted more even though my nails are short and he basically said he wasn’t adding anything else. I asked for a single jewel on each finger he told me that it would be $15. When I got the front desk they told me $10. So I opted out of getting it. Also, while getting my nails done I asked him for the total of just my nails he said $55. I get to the counter he writes on my ticket $65. Which I knew what was wrong because he told me since I didn’t get a full color he was counting the design as just the polish. The receptionist proceeds to ask him to be sure and he laughs in my face and says $65. I told him that I didn’t like my nails and it wasn’t completely what I asked for. I asked multiple times would he be able to do design and he kind of brushed it off. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO PETER if you don’t want to be rushed and have unprofessional service.
This is an amazing salon. I’ve never had any problem with them and I understand that the front staff has a job to do and has to go by what the tech prices are but I am just disappointed. When in a customer service and you are providing a service you should make the client happy with what they received. I will be going back to John only for any nails.
Nice decor, good options but I can't stand the quality of work they do. They RUSH I think the warden has them all on timers and they compete to get the person out of the chair the fastest. They don't care if your lines are straight or even if the nail is sturdy I swear my tech barely used acrylic there was more on the napkin then my nail. I like the pedicure service though they do great pedis.
Nian is amazing! She never disappoints. I receive a pedicure and powder dip nails every two weeks. Her professionalism, happy personality, and cute nail designs I look forward to for every appointment.
Excellent customer service. Very professional and efficient with ensuring customer satisfaction.
Peter, Jason, and Vivi are great artists.
I'll be a loyal customer until I leave the area and even then I may take a trip back.
