After filing a complaint the owner personally called me and offered to redo my nails for no cost. When I explained I should have been more vocal about what I wanted and it would be fine she still apologized and told me my next visit would be as expected. That kind of customer service is rare and I want to say thank you to the owner for it.

I walked in and it was a long wait, the service was good but the lady who did my nails was Tina and she constantly pulled my hand and was super quick with it she hurt my nails a lot and they are still in pain. I asked for coffin shape and I kept staring at them which they look horrible now they are chunky and they are no shaped cutely at all I want a new set of acrylics done because of how chunky they look. I am very upset with this.
I’m posting below the inspiration vs what I got. I showed the picture once and then tried to show again when he went to paint. He said he didn’t need to see it, that he had it. Every cuticle was cut atleast once, which I thought may have been due to the fact my nails hadn’t been done in a while. The red polish isn’t covering my entire nail on some of the sides. The design is where it gets bad. After the black stripe, I thought ehhhh maybe he can make this work. But AGAIN, offered to show the inspiration hinting that it wasn’t right. Then they put red on top, and I didn’t have time at this point to have it all taken off and started over, or time to argue about how bad they were, so I just let it go and paid for it. I got these done for graduation pictures, and now definitely will make sure my nails are NOT in the pictures. 10/10 won’t be back.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Valentine Nails! They ALWAYS give me what I want and also offer me extended services. My plan in return to have My eyebrow microblading done! A Queen has GOT to stay beautiful! And they can help you with it ALL!!!!
The ladies at the front were very nice, but the man who did my nails rushed. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time and hadn’t seen the dip powder before, so when they asked me what I wanted and told them I was unsure, I wasn’t asked again and they automatically gave me dip powder. While adding the longer nail piece and filing them he pushed so hard one flew off. He just laughed and said oops and put another nail on top. Then, while glopping layers of the black powder, it was super lumpy and he got a lot on my finger and didn’t notice until it was hardened, which he used acetone to get off, which got on the nail, messed it up, and then he added an extra layer on that finger. No other touchups. After they were done drying he put the light over them, used the dremel tool on each nail and hurt my pinky cuticle. I’m going back in tomorrow to see if they will fix them.
Edit: I went back in a they were still super polite, the lady looked at them and fixed what I was upset with. They’re a lot cleaner and smoother, even from looking at the bottom side. I changed it to three stars bc those other ladies were so nice, but the man who did my nails yesterday just kept telling me they wouldn’t be even on the underside if they’re even on top. They weren’t even on either top or bottom and now the bottom and top of both hands are almost even, much closer than what they were before.
I went here to get my nails done and there horrible... Never have I had acrylic nails leave indents in my fingers and not be able to remove them
