I'm so in shock and offended. Came to this HORRIBLE place because I'm new to the area. They started my nails and cut them really short and said that they charged $50 (that is the price WITHOUT any gel products).
When I asked exactly exactly how much each add-on would be they refused to finish my nails (that were already glued on). I said that I was in a rush and I would pay the $50 without any extras.
They then said that the guy who started my nails did not know how to do acrylic out gel powder so I would need to leave. I got the sense that (because I'm a BLACK woman) they thought that I wouldn't pay and just decided to stop all services, rudely, and have me leave with glued on tips.
This is the nail salon across from Greenbrier Mall in the Kroger plaza. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I'm really starting to hate the businesses in this area.
1st they are so nice and helpful they offer all kinds of designs and choices just go to their Instagram. The guy who did my nails was so professional. I will be back update: every visit is perfection ???? ???? ???? I love Stephen ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ he is the ???????? best hands down....

Yes I will give a review about them I went in there with my nails being a Fire mess from going to the nail shop inside the Kroger's on Cleveland Avenue when I tell you that guy in there messed up my nails went to Z Nails this morning and she hooked me up she took her time made sure my toes and my nails was done perfectly thank you Z Nails I will be back for sure????
I left very unhappy with the shape and service of my nails. When I tried to explain that to Lisa how i wanted the shape of my nails she became very rude and start talking to her co workers in her language. Handle me so wrong. I come in all the time and spend over $100 with them. This is the second time I've had an problem with her and first time had to change techs because of her rudeness. I spent $178 that day. Not to mention all the stuff she left on my hands.. Lisa needs more training in customer service and her nail technique
When I walked in they really didn't want to speak it was three older ladies in their '50s two younger gentlemen I asked for pedicure and manicure with a full set older woman really didn't want to do my pedicure she was half doing the job I had to make her do the pedicure right It's $33 then the two younger gentlemen didn't want to do my nails they wanted the older lady to do full set I was in disbelief about their services and attitude so I just paid left I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here if you really care about what your pedicure manicure and full set of nails are going to look like it was bad job on the full set of nails so I had him to cut it off ????????????????????
So my fiance left a review for the horrible services of the nail salon and the racial profiling that caused them to kick her out of their shop.
Not only if she an employee of this state, but she's a respected pillar of the community... None of that matters when you're BLACK (according to this shop)!!!
They posted a generic response to call their shop for a resolution, only for someone to claim to be the owner... But not the owner who posted the response- THEN YOU FORGET HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Wow!
No, we do not wish to have a FREE service of anything. We CAN ACTUALLY PAY FOR WHATEVER WE NEED!!! What would suffice is that you and your establishment took accountability for offending a woman that is apart of a community of black women that YOU SERVICE & BENEFIT FROM!!!
