I have been coming to Michelle and a few of the other girls for over 5 yrs now and never have a issue!! Once my nail broke went back and they fixed it. They are excellent here and whenever I want something special done they are more than able to achieve my wants and desires at a reasonable prices!! She did my gender reveal nails and I absolutely got ???? of what I wanted and then some!! The first 2 pics I got yesterday the other 2 are my Halloween/reveal nails ????
Michelle& her team is beyond what words could even explain. To say blooming nails is great would be an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! My nails come out exceptional each and every time. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!!! Its clean, fast, better quality products & top of the line customer service. Michelle and her team know exactly how to listen & please their clients. They truly do their very best down to the slightest detail! If your looking for a sign to give them a try, this is it!
Michelle, Joy, and the entire staff at Blooming Nail are absolute delights to be around! I started coming here because of a friend, and continue to come back because of the excellent service and fantastic results. No matter what I ask for, Michelle can always deliver and I haven’t left the salon once feeling dissatisfied. Honestly, I live almost half an hour away but I come here because of how pleasant my experience always is. From the talented staff to the clean facility, you seriously cannot go wrong getting your nails done at Blooming Nail….I get compliments every single time on my nails after I get them done and if I ever (on the rare occasions) have any issues a few days after coming in, I’m always immediately accommodated and any issues are fixed. Thank you Blooming Nail for running such a wonderful salon!
I have been to this location two times before. The first time was great, the second time was a little sloppy, and this last time it was horrendous. I arrived asking for a regular pedicure, but after it was taking so long, I asked for a gel so I could get out of there. She said no problem. She did it, and after she was done I noticed that it was sloppiest job I have ever seen! She didn’t even fully paint the whole toe nail. So she said I could return, since I had to be somewhere. I returned that night and she “fixed” it. Great, it was a little thick and rushed because they were closing. I left and went home. When I took my shoe off I noticed that the polish had bubbled and was pealing. I also noticed that the polish was chipping on the pinky toe. So the next day I returned to the location asking for them to remove it and to give me a refund. She said why do I have to remove it if I’m giving 100 percent refund. I politely told her it’s because this was my third time driving to the location. I had wasted my time, gas, and now I’m was being yelled at in front of other costumers. I told her she was being unprofessional, and she said she was not yelling it was her accent. I was so embarrassed. She told me to sit and wait while continuing to yell at me and in her language to her colleagues. I have never left a review for anything on here in my life, but the amount of embarrassment and belittling I had to face it is worth the review. I would strongly not recommend this place. Oh and at the end she made me pay 7 dollars to remove the gel polish.
I tried this place a few years ago I need mani and pedi , the nail polish on the mani peeled of the next day . I also did my lashes extensions which ruin my natural lashes . I guess is true what they don’t expect a great lash tech at a nail salon . I would not recommend this place thumbs down ???? for me ..

I am very picky about my nails and quality is most important. I am very happy with this salon, they do beautiful, clean nails and feet. Everyone is very friendly and nice especially to my daughter who comes with me. They do beautiful and trendy nail designs and the prices are reasonable. Took me a while to find a good nail salon but I am so happy that I found blooming nail.
I recently been coming here. They have a beautiful selection of colors and the girl who does my nails Maria is beyond amazing. However, I find it disrespectful and rude that a paying customer does not get a full service as to what they are entitled to. My appointment was at 4:30 on a weekday and and I got there at 4:20pm.I was not seen until 5 minutes before 5pm. I did not say anything because I understand unexpected situations can happen as when I got there was a lot of people. I had a regular mani and pedi and everything was going great until I am sat down in the dry nail station at 6:30pm and not even five minutes went by, I had to leave because they were closing. The funny thing is their business hours are from 9:30-7:30pm as stated on Google and on their door. I was the only client there. I find this very rude and disrespectful to any paying client because in my case , I did everything right I got there before my appointment, I waited patiently, and did not say anything of the lateness on their part with my appointment out of consideration. And they could not wait until my nails dry I mean just out of courteous would be the correct thing to do. Very disappointed
Update: The owner Michelle was very kind in reaching out to me and apologizing for the misunderstanding. I appreciated this because it shows she cares about the customers and also providing top of the line service. I went back again and the full service was superb.
