I’ve gone here a couple times and it was great with Kim but my husband scheduled my appt for my birthday and she’s out on leave and I got a manicure and pedicure that looks like it was done by a child and and my hair is hacked apart. I’m not hard to please and just wanted the fried stuff cut off and even out. Literally the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. Completely ruined my birthday
I got my hair cut and colored there right before the holiday's. They were great about getting me an appt. right away and my stylist was fantastic with both the cut and the color. I would definitely refer my friends and family there and I plan on returning myself!
Best of the BEST! LOVE all of these ladies and I/we highly recommend them for any of your beauty needs! They fit us in to do the hair and makeup for myself and my daughter for my wedding and they nailed every aspect of it. I looked and felt better (inside and out) than I have ever felt in my life. They gave us one on one attention, asked us our wants/needs, and did their amazingly absolute best! I could not ask for better people to take care of us. Lori, Carly, Sam, and Kristen. Kim you are not forgotten, we wish you the best with your new baby! Honored to have all these wonderful ladies in our lives! We will not be using any other salon! 1000+ stars!!!! That is how I felt walking out of the salon on my big day!
I wouldn't return here. It's not very inviting. It was cold because the stations are close to where the door is opening and closing. You wouldn't be able to get here if you were handicapped because the stairs. I brought a picture in I have someone who is a new stylist who had to have a lot of guidance from the owner and I came out with a haircut that I couldn't even recognize so short that I'm sure it wasn't anywhere near close to the picture I brought in. All together disappointing. Price was $38 for a haircut and I didn't get it even blow dried. Not because I didn't want to but because the owner said not to leave it messy like that I thought it was the weirdest experience I've ever had she told me that I didn't have the right kind of hair for that cut. I've been all over the United States in Los Angeles Chicago New York Boston Tampa Atlanta and no one has ever said that.
Friendly service, listened to my request and gave me the haircut I wanted. Had a last-minute scheduling conflict and they were able to move my midday appointment to the end of the same day. Excellent service.
EDIT: Removing 1 star because the trimmer mark on my neck that she said was "just a little dry skin" is still there nearly a week later. It did hurt at the time too. I thought maybe I was just being a baby, but it's still there with a scab a week later and my partner says it's "inexcusable". Hairdresser swears it was an accident, but it happened right after I stupidly said something controversial (she was discussing the lack of police force and crime in town). Being autistic is hard (small talk is not a skill I excel in), would be nice if I didn't have to wonder if the hairdresser was intentionally harming me for my poor social skills. Like I said, never occurred to me it could have been intentional until I got home and my partner told me it was "inexcusable". Maybe it was genuinely an accident, either way, it's a scab a week later, so it is what it is. It hurt pretty bad. If that was her goal, mission accomplished. I learned my lesson. I won't say that dumb thing while getting my hair cut ever again. But I also probably won't get my hair cut here again.
