I come here a lot to get my hair braided down for my wigs and Ms. B is always nice and she always does a good job. I have never gotten braids done here becasue I have a long time braid lady but this place has consistent good service. Also, if you come during the hours of operation and it appears to be closed, it is not. Just knock on the door and Ms B will come from the back. She just keeps the door locked, I suppose its for safety as they only accept cash. Also, be sure to bring cash. If you dont have it, you can get it from the convenient store next door.
The two woman very nice and respectful. Took a hour and wasn’t expensive at all. Felt like home. A lot of black owed business’s have problem but this one NEEDS TO BE SUPPORTED! Great job ladies.

I took my daughter about two weeks ago. They were very nice, the braid style was affordable, and they had patience with my daughter (autism). Thank you.
NEVER AGAIN! I brought my daughter to get her hair done for BDay.Tribal braids, Very excited scheduled a 9am appointment with Jamilah, she didn't show up till 10:15. Couple of hours went by, my child tells me they started on her hair...STARTED. Her hair was not complete until 4:30 ! I pay then she trys to charge me extra $20 for the LENGTH! IN WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR ! That's not all....I'm almost home my daughter then tells me JAMILAH LET 4 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF HER ! 4 ! ......... MY ADVICE. KEEP YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THERE ALL DAY !!!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR APPT. , GREEDY, INCONSISTANT. DONT BRING YOUR CHILD.
They were very nice at most, i got a braided ponytail looked in the mirror and noooooo so much hair sticking out my braids . Looks like I had them 2 months already. A waist of money and time never again
Called last minute for some box braids because this was the only place I found with the best reviews. Scheduled my appointment for 9am but I overslept and asked to reschedule later on that day day and Ms. B was very nice about it and said it was ok for me to come in later. I showed her a picture of what I wanted(medium box braids) and she started my hair arc 5:33pm. An hour and a half later her partner came in to assist her. She was more heavy handed than Ms. B so if you don’t want your braids too tight just tell her to loosen them up a bit and she will. Also, I feel like the side she did differed from Ms. B but only people who pay close attention to detail would notice. Anyway, they finished at exactly 8:30pm. The fastest I’ve ever gotten braids done in Atlanta. Being a Philly native I never thought anyone in Atlanta would match the speed and quality. Would definitely recommend!
Oh and P.S. I’m recovering from a big chop so my hair is shot about 3-5 inches long and was gripped good.
Ms. Beatrice is a very nice lady!!! She always does a great job braiding my hair! I go to her shop in the Atlanta area all the way from Dallas Texas because of her great work and her customer service.Ms. Beatrice is a very nice lady!!! She always does a great job braiding my hair!
