I have been going to CK since 2006, long before the new ownership, when Tina’s family were the actual owners. I live 20 minutes away and pass many nails shops to visit this one. Partly because of their ONCE reasonable prices.
Pedicures: To avoid being rushed and a sloppy job, I ONLY let Tammy service my pedicures. I absolutely must have Tammy or all bets are off.
Fill in/overlay: I ONLY went to Rollie, who has now moved on from CK. Now, it is touch and go with every nail visit. I am okay with Jason and the manger servicing my nails, but that’s it…Just okay.
Prices: Now that they have upgraded the flooring and paint (Oct 11, 2022) their prices have gone from $18 to $25 for basic pedicures, $35 if you want gel Polish. The acrylic nails that used to be $18 are now 35+ for short basic. The upgrades have come at the cost of the customers, and quality is still mediocre with no accountability (Except Tammy. She takes PRIDE in her work and I love her for it). It’s no longer worth the drive pass the other 100 nails shops that I pass to get there. After 16 years, I say goodbye. Farewell to Tammy & Tina.
Terrible experience here would not recommend to ANYONE!! Owners and employees are super un professional and do not know how to communicate properly with customers to ensure satisfaction. This place should be shut down. Dirty used supplies, overall just a gross place to get your nails done. I highly recommend finding a better spot. I believe my 90 year old granny could have done my nails and lashes better than these people.
I agree with the other reviews that the service prices are reasonable but I really think they need to work on their customer service and craftmamship. If you can't do a design in a picture shown to you, don't say you can and then get mad when the customer (me) tells you they don't like it. The nail tech even tried twice and both times I didn't like it and requested another tech to do my design. The tech that was trying to design my toes got mad and kind of slammed the nail polishes in the drawer. She just got up and walked away. I waited for about 5 minutes and approached another worker who claimed to be the manager and asked him who was going to finish my toes. He replied someone was coming shortly. 20 minutes later, I get a design I didn't want. Frankly, I was just tired of waiting. A 30 minute service was quickly turning in to 1 1/2 hr job.Not to mention, both techs that it took to finish my pedi never cleaned up my french tip leaving it sloppy. This will be my first and last time coming here.
WARMING!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. These reviews are so real and accurate. One of the nail techs ripped the side of my nail bed trying to remove acrylic quickly when I requested them to be soaked off; her response was soak off take too long let me try this. The lady injured my nail and tried to act as if nothing happened, no apology no remorse....nothing. GO at your own risk. I hope they get shut down. Bad business.

I live around here and personally love Tammy! She always take care of not only me but my fiancé pedicure as well. we only go to her cause she always do is right! If you come here always ask for Tammy !
My man’s came here for first time today and he told me he had a very relaxing experience. The lady who did his pedicure name was Tammy , she did a very good job! His feet are no longer rough.
Jason over priced me for a basic design. When I complained about the price, he told me I needed to find somewhere cheaper. NEVER COME HERE. Everyone is rude and disrespectful , and they complain when you want your nail fixed.i would 0% recommend this thing they call an " establishment"
