Best barbershop in the city! No cap! I stay out west, but I go over east b/c the shops by me are not as nice, and IMO the barbers are less talented and attentive to detail in comparison to the cuts I see and get at Champz. Dude with the aux cord in there could also be a DJ! I like how when kids are present, they play the edited versions of songs. There is always someone in there cleaning. The place is built up with equipment other shops dont have. It's just an easy place to exist and get tightened up. I aint posting MY picture on here like a goofy! Go see for yourself
First experience: Good, ok cut
Second: Good, great cut by a female, think her name is Paige, and she has not been there the last two times I went
Third: Horrible. No one acknowledge me at all. Waited for like two hours. Kept getting passed up. Walked in before another guy who walked in and the dude (Avery) who cut my hair during the first experience kept passing me up. I didn't want to say anything because I don't know how these people's tempers are when I know my own. So I just left
Fourth Time: Came back the next day, not nearly as many people. The only person who acknowledge me was the first chair on the left (who only took appts and not walk-ins). The other two; 1.) the guy from my first experience here, still did not acknowledge me, took damn near 30 minutes cutting one spot on someone's head, then took like a 15 minute smoke break and then proceeded to cut someone's head who was "passing through" town. There was another dude who was there who I am not even going to waste my time on with this review. People must not like money anymore.

The barber shaved my eyebrows too low n nicked me
No greeting when walked in (01/10/20). There was only one female barber. Also there was 2 barbers (male&female) that kept walking in and out the back door. My 2 sons & I sat there for an hour before anyone spoken to us. That's when we're told we had to book an appointment.
The place is very nice on the inside, it's clean has a great atmosphere and plenty of seats. Felica does a great job cutting my hair. From what I seen all the barbers there do a good job.
My first time ever at this particular Barber shop. Their services include; Hot towel service, facials, eyebrow arch, Champz also, has a cosmetologist by the name of FAT BOI, who I visited and received the best shampooing and massage in my life. My hair was flawless when he was finished. I also noticed a very skilled Barber by the name of Knockie. She has an amazing cutting hand. I definitely walked out a Champ. This is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs!
Great cut every time, fantastic attention to detail. I always feel welcome and the ambiance is really cool. Always lots of kids and families there.
I love how knockie does my daughter's hair she's so awesome with her work I highly recommend her for anybody who wants their hair done to go to knockie at champz barber shop
