My nails cracked after 2 hours of leaving the nail salon. I called them and told them what happened and asked if I could come in and get them fixed. He told me not today but a different day. I called everyday after that for 3 days and he never had “time” then i asked to make an appointment and he told me that i should have come back the day that it happened.
Just upset they can not fix what they messed up. Would have been no big deal if they would just fix it.

I absolutely love this place! Despite how busy it was, they made sure everyone was being taken care of properly and getting what they wanted done. She hand painted every heart and did amazing at doing so; she even put lotion and cuticle oil on my hands and massaged them! Not to mention they have great prices! Only $40 for a fill and $15 for design. Definitely coming back here again!
Love going here. They are super nice and do an amazing job! Their different options on pedicures are phenomenal and relaxing.
Newest color on 7-17-21...City Nails has outdone their selves again! Loving the new color!
My mom and I came in and got our nails done day before yesterday.The selection of colors for dip vs gel is very depressing, especially with so many colors on the wall, but the ones they show to customers aren’t available. The person working on my nails was rough, made my finger bleed, used the nail drill against my skin causing some burns. The nail polish was applied uneven, the nails look chunky on my fingers. And two hours after the manicure, my middle finger nail broke off the tip. Very disappointed I spent $80 for this.
They were on time and got done in just under an hour. Great quality and people are very nice. I heard of this place from a friend who came here and decided to try it myself. Def don’t regret it
