I came to the barbershop at 8:15 AM after a 12 hour shift a night. I ask Felix the owner to get me a haircut since my regular person was not in the barbershop. He refused to cut my hair. I beg him to cut it and he refused again. He asked me to wait for Bere and stated that she was going to show up at 9. I waited for her 45 minutes. I came back into the barbershop and she was not there. I felt disappointed because I was turned back by the owner and he was very upsetting that I had to wait 45 minutes for the employee to shut up to work. Long story short I was very upset and left the barbershop. I told Dillender it was not right because I have to come back to work for another 12 hour shift at night time. Is a horrible customer service. He as the owner Should make the customer happy. I will not recommend this barbershop to anyone if they are with a very limited time and not able to wait for irresponsible people to show up. I will never bring my business back again.
Felix and his staff remain the best barbershop in Santa Clarita. His shop has cut our family’s hair since we were kids and I try to visit whenever I am in the area. Highly recommend coming in for their great and fast service !

Probably one of the best places in SCV to get a haircut. Everyone there is super friendly, and you can't beat the flat price of 20$ for a haircut. Every other barber I've gone to have struggled to get my hair to a certain style (I'm Asian and have super flat hair), but the woman who cut my hair was able to nail it just by looking at the photo I showed her. They only used scissors and the result was shockingly good. Also, the haircut all together took about only 8-10 minutes.

Quick men's hair cut place, $20 cash. Felix is wonderful and attentive, good positive energy. There are usually 2-3 ladies also cutting hair; most of them are pretty good, though Felix is a cut above. Cash only $20/cut, no drama, the line moves quick... my hair cuts seem to take anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on the barber. And no, there's no head/shoulder massage like some barber shops, but if you're just looking for a quick cut, this is a great spot. No reservations, first come first served. Law enforcement friendly place.
The staff at Cut and Go are fantastic. They have always been very friendly and cut hair fast and leve you walking out the door with a smile on your face.
