Absolutely wonderful experience! They got me right in I had this amazing lady with short hair trim the back of my hair up and she not only did a great job, she style my hair for me and then didn’t ask me to pay because she insisted “she didn’t do enough” but she did more than enough by fixing my hair and being very kind. I will definitely be back for future hair cuts! I highly recommend this salon to everyone, it’s a very kind environment.
I used to love going there, Chelsea always did a really nice job cutting my hair. But, when I went to get an updo for my wedding I had a horrible experience. I had some other stylist...the current owner I think. When I made the appointment I was very clear it was for my wedding that day. I also reminded her at the start of my appointment. And she started doing a nice job.. but then halfway through she took me the BRIDE out of the chair to do a coloring on some other girl. She finished putting the color in and then put me back in the chair. She had double booked herself on my wedding day. I ended up being almost an hour late to my own wedding. I will never go there again.
My mother has come here for years and loves the staff & service. Having relocated back to the NoCo area in the last yr, I have gotten my hair cut here as well and have been very happy!
