One day after paying $85 for a full acrylic set, 2 tips popped off and broke. (Without reason). I called and came back in for them to be fixed after a 3rd came off. To fix they laid thicker acrylic over the top. Couldn’t find my dip color to match, two nails are crooked, and cuticles are cut up. Never going back. They didn’t charge for the fix but in that case I wish I would have just taken them off.
Worse experience ever! Would not recommend! Nail techs can't do basic nail designs. I literally left the salon with nothing but acrylic on my nails.
This is the worst place to get your nails done they were still curled instead of straight too thick and were breaking off literally 3 days later I went to Lee Nails and had a much better experience. Oh and I was overcharged like how did 55$ nails turn into 95$ and the looked horrible
Go see Tyler!! He just came from down south. Definitely knows what he is doing!!! Bringing the big city flair to our little country town. Love my nails! Have received so many compliments on them. Thank you again, Tyler!
Super fast service. Walked right in very clean and attention to detail. They care a lot about the client. I moved from Jacksonville and went to several and found this to be the best in Lake City.
Hands down the best place in Lake City for nails. Extremely professional and very precise when doing gel, tips or paint. I have been to many salons in Lake City and so glad I found Diamond Nails. Tyler did an amazing job. This is a family owned small business in the heart of Lake City. The prices and service are the best. Make sure to go see Tyler, he is the best.
This by far my favorite place to get my nails done.. The nail tech Austin is friendly and easy to talk to.. I feel very comfortable there.. And my nails look fabulous ????
If I could give negative stars I would. Hands down the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER return here. I was rushed, they tried to upsell me to gel saying regular polish takes an hour to dry, but yet when I finished near closing time he said I was dry after barley 5 minutes under the dryer and walked me out so he could leave. They asked me to pay before I even started my pedicure, and hover over me watching what I wrote down for a tip. The three employees have some drama amongst each other they need to sort out. The pedicure itself was the worst I’ve ever had, it was rushed, no effort at all with the massage. There was another customer who walked out for horrible service during my time there. Just extremely horrible, never ever again.
This is the most terrible nail experience I've had in my life. The man messed up they tried fixing it but didn't offer an apologize and still made me pay full price and my cuticles are full of acrylic. I paid $83 and walked out with nails that look terrible. Im so disappointed I literally want to cry
