OMG, they are so damn slow. My daughter and I waited for almost 2 hours to get two pedicures. There was 4 people working and each of them were slow. I understand wanting to do a good job, but this amount of time is ridiculous. The location is convenient, and the prices are decent, but my time is worth a lot more than this..... plus they don't have anyone who does eyebrows today. I won't be returning!!!
I've never been to a nail salon that runs out of nail extensions... the people were nice but because they didn't have tips to fit my nails I didn't receive service ????
So I went there a couple months ago (I know it’s a late response) and I have very naturally long and firm nails.Well I went there and they decided that it would be smart to have a new girl do my nails????????♀️. Well I specifically asked her to only file them a little bit. But then she files them almost all the way down! And the manager (knowing I was mad) was just standing there! Ever since then my nails have never been the same. They are now always breaking and take weeks to grow back when before it would have taken a couple days. Never again will I use this place for any of my nail needs.

First time visiting since Covid, we called in advanced for an appointment however our appointment was not honored. There were 3 people ahead of us despite having an appointment. If you visit here it’s truly first come first serve. Don’t bother to make an appointment. They also have a preference for regulars. After arriving on time and waiting 15 minutes past my appointment, we decided to leave and go to another salon where they took us with no problems.
I am highly upset to have to write this review. I have frequented this location for over 7 years but I am no longer going to be able to support this business. They have no RESPECT for the African American dollar nor the patrons who frequent this establishment. Tiger is the best technician and you have to wait over an hour or more to receive services. I can no longer patronize this location because I received a pedicure while waiting on Tiger services. The aunt who completed my services did not paint my toenails because she was going to have Tiger complete the services, since she doesn't do gel polish( no idea why but I proceed to wait). Upon completion, he begins servicing other clients coming into the establishment, and they want you to wait. I saw this going on with other customers who were upset because they had begun services and then had to wait. I advised that I would come back the next day (no shouting or attitude because I am a long time customer), and that I could no longer wait for him to become free to finish my services. I came back the next day and no one wanted to service me because I didn't decided to wait. This is poor customer service, and not the manner to retain customers and loyalty. There was another individual who the mother berated because her services were not done sufficiently, and she wanted it fixed. The quality and customer service has gone down over the years because there are not sufficient technicians to render services. The majority of the customers come for Tiger services and that resumes in a long wait. Please take your dollars elsewhere and SUPPORT establishments that care for your contribution. I am really appalled by the lack of customer relations provided because I didn't want to wait for hours to receive services.
The people that run this place have zero regard for your time. The first time I came here I waited 2 damn hours before being seen because they move so slow not because it was super packed. Ana did my nails and they were the most beautiful nails I had ever gotten! I loved them so I decided to give this place another try. Today I went WITH AN APPOINTMENT and an hour later I ended walking out because who has time to waste like that?!
We arrived tbere on time for our appointment, and we had to wait for 2 hours, because the nail technician either double booked her appts or took someone else before we got there. That is unacceptable. The quality if their work is okay but it could be better. She didn't cover my daughter's entire nail with acrylic, You could still see some of her real nail on the side. I don't know how she didn't see that. They don't exhibit good customer service either. She didn't even thank us for our business or apologize to us for having us to wait so long.
