Weaknesses:
1. Pricing issues: One customer mentions that the salon is pricey, while another customer expresses dissatisfaction over paying $250 for a service that did not meet their expectations. These comments suggest a potential weakness in the pricing structure of the salon. The salon should consider offering transparent pricing or discussing expectations and limitations with customers beforehand to avoid misunderstandings.
2. Inconsistent customer experience: While some customers have left positive reviews about their experiences, others have had negative experiences. Complaints range from rude and unprofessional behavior to delayed appointments and excessive force applied during braiding, resulting in bleeding. These negative experiences indicate a potential weakness in consistency in customer service and quality of work. The salon should focus on improving these areas to provide a consistently positive experience for all customers.
3. Language barrier: One customer mentioned that the stylists spoke French about their African husband, leading to a negative experience for the customer. This highlights a potential weakness in effective communication and cultural sensitivity. It is important for the salon to ensure that all customers feel respected and understood, regardless of language barriers.
In conclusion, Glory African Hair Braiding has strengths in terms of the positive reviews, good customer service, ability to deliver desired styles, and location. However, weaknesses were identified in terms of pricing issues, inconsistent customer experiences, and a potential language barrier. By addressing these weaknesses and focusing on providing consistent quality and customer satisfaction, the salon can enhance its reputation and attract more customers in the future.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE SPIRITUAL MUSIC/VIDEOS THEY PLAY ON TV!!! GOD SAYS A FOOL WILL SOON PART FROM HIS MONEY
Unfortunately, This business lost a lifetime customer today over money. I've been here several times and left happy each time with no complaints. Well, today I showed a photo of the fullness and length of braids I wanted and was quoted a price of $250. Okay, very well. After my hair was finished it was not full, the braids were bigger and the length was shorter than promised. There are some kind of visible dry white spots on each braid. Nevertheless, I paid the $250 and expressed that I would not return as a customer. Meanwhile, Another customer Mommy received the same $250 Quote for Knotless braids except hers were tinier and went to the small of her back.(As an ACCOUNTANT, I'm advising that you will pay $50 Per Hour for their services - My Service Started at 9:30am and ended at 2:31pm) On my way out the owner asked me to write down my name and number. The proper gesture would have been to return some of the money I overpaid. These ladies do great work, just be mindful that they are money hungry. P.S. To add insult to injury, My AFRICAN husband visited the shop to bring me extra money for my hair and they spoke French talking about him while they TOO are from Africa. Very rude ladies that must do better with customer service. ???? Les gens visitent votre boutique qui parlent aussi francais....ARGENT GASPILLE AUJOURD'HUI

This was my first time at Glory African Hair Braiding and I absolutely love it. Very professional and clean...Hair quality was good and the prices are reasonable...I made an appointment for 08/14/21 and when I arrived, I didn't have to wait long for my stylist to start on my head. I got small knotless braids and I absolutely LOVE them. Gloria did my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted it. I already made another appointment to see her again. Thank you so much Gloria...You are a sweetheart and you Rock!!!! There were also other stylists in the shop and they did awesome jobs on their clients hair too...You will definitely be satisfied with their work.
My daughter's appointment was for 9:30, the process didn't start until after 10am. Why you ask, because the braider was late, AND it went on until 4:30pm or so ????????. Lateness happens, but that was a turn off. The work was good, the shop was clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We might go back.
I went there for the first time today for braids and I’m so glad I did. It was such a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did EXACTLY that!! I’m sooooo happy with my hair...I will be back.
The owner Gloria is an absolute sweetheart. I’ve been a few times now and I always leave happy. Every worker here does a neat clean job braiding.
I couldn't be more pleased with my hair. I met Sika the owner prior to making my appointment, and she recommended the best style for my hair. She and her sister Fiye were very professional, and their shop was clean. My box braids are fabulous! They gave me the exact look that I wanted. I will be referring other people and retuning. A bonus is that it's in a great location. ????
