Horrible horrible horrible. customer service poor I literally went in there and showed her exactly what I wanted and she messed up my nails then she charge me $20 extra to remove the polish in to change the colors That she messed up on also had to wait at least an hour to get service I wouldn’t recommend ever and she’s the owner of the salon. The first picture is my nails that she messed up line in the second picture is what she had to change the color to

This place has the WORST customer service. They lock you in when you arrive and they’ll have to buzz you out in order for you to leave. I guess they do this because they know they’re going to do a horrible job and force you to pay. I repeat, Do not ever in this lifetime or the next, go here to get your nails done.

Went in and wasnt even greeted this lady had an attitude i dont know her name but i wasnt tryin to match the energy she was producing in there she was treating me like a peasant you got me messed up if you think you getting my money. Change ya attitude and stop transfering bad energy on to others just because you judge them based on their outlook appearance or the way they appear to you learn how to conduct business and stick to the script ill never come here agin screw this place.
After 10 years, I am leaving Grand Nails. I relocated 4 years ago and still come in town just to go to Grand Nails. However, I have noticed their service go down hill but today was the worst. Their lack of respect for customers, their money and time is beyond me! Linda had the worst attitude today and when I mentioned it to her, she wanted to argue with me and refuse service after waiting over an hour to be serviced. I escalated the issue to Tony or Peter (can't remember his name) the owner and explained she had an issue with the previous customer and now me. He felt no need to address the situation. I explained maybe she needs to go home as she is running your customers away. I will never return and go somewhere that appreciates my business and is customer centric.
