On June 23rd 2022, the young black Queen that works there was such a jewel. I really had no idea of what products I was going to get for my hair that day and the young lady helped me to find the products that I needed that were just right for me within minutes. Her personality was awesome and she really enjoyed helping me. They are always so nice to me. The environment is always clean and they always have the products that I need.

Reasonable prices! Clean, well kept. The staff is never rude & they are knowledgeable!

amazing hair, had things I havnt seen before

I bought a bundle and hair dye that they recommended me to buy to get my hair color to match the Bundle ( even tho I asked should I just bleach the bundle )when I did so the hair dye did not do anything for my bundles but given it a little tint of burgundy (my hair color is 4) so I called the next day telling them I understand they don’t do exchanges or returns but this is what they recommended me and I did spend a good amount of money on the bundle if there’s anyway they can give me credit to get something else that can help me get the color I need the lady on the phone just kept saying no exchange sorry and hung up

Went there for the 1st time to get supplies for d.i.y havana twists; they were very helpful at pointing to products within my budget. She was also nice enough to mention how I could get things exchanged (just to bring the receipt and unopened products).
