Came to this store just to be told no one can help me because he was the only one in the store. Gas is not cheap, waste of my time. Unprofessional business. When I told him where I came from to get here he overlooked me and offered to help the young lady behind me. I’m sure 99% of your business comes from people of color, and how you treat us is unacceptable.

I bought the wrong braiding hair color the day before and I called to se if I could exchange it, spoke to a lovely woman and she said it was possible. I came in today and had a seamless exchange and found the right color I needed. Definitely will be coming back… not to mention the jams playing was great!

I walked to the counter to purchase my items. The cashier was sitting in front of the counter and didn’t acknowledge I was there because he was on his phone. I waited a minute and then proceeded to get his attention. By saying “ Hello. I’m ready”. Then after I purchased my items. He threw me my receipt and didn’t say thank you or nothing. My first experience was very unprofessional and no customer service was given. I Will not be coming back here to shop.

The people at the store were very helpful. They did not have a few things i went there for. I would say it's more of wig/hair supply store with a few other beauty items. And i was surprised but happy to see NYX makeup there, however they only had shades of foundation for darker skin which was very disappointing.

Lots of great hair products for women and also a few hair products for men too. For the ladies, there other things like shoes, apparel, wigs, key chains, and jewelry. For the men they hair hair products also as well as doorags, cologne, and skullys for your dreads if you have them. They also carry dented oils for the body as well as perfumes. Go check them out and see what they got. ????

My first time going here and I needed supplies to install a wig, I was walking around for about 20 minutes and nobody asked if I needed help and when I did ask a lady she was on the phone with her air pods so it seemed like she had little interest in helping me but rather trying to get back to her phone call go to Ny beauty across the street way better customer service
