Good, depending on who you get. At least one lady is a cuticle butcher and EVERY finger was bloody. Nails were very sloppy as well. It burned any time I touched water for 3 days.

The men tend to be the most gentle. Tracy is good, Andy is good. Might take a few trips to find the person you like and then just make sure to stick with them.

OmG! Eddie (co-owner) usually does my nails and he is great. HOWEVER, Elizabet did my nails for the first time, and I am in Awe of her talent! My nails were PERFECTLY shaped and the filling was PERFECTLY done! I highly recommend Elizabet! The most pleasant nail technician EVER! ❤️

I asked for my nails to be cut shorter and a different shape… i was told it would be $10 but instead they tried to charge me $20 for that kind of service? Then they continued to tell me i need to just go back where i had then done and get them cut and reshaped from the place I originally got them done at? The nail tech got up from his station and through my hand away from and told me to wait… but he never returned. Another tech took over and told me to leave cause i didnt wanna spend $20 i told her to cut my nails and ill will give you $10 she rolled her eyes and got on a phone call with someone else and didnt say a word to me. I gave them their $10 and left with no tip given. Worse experience ever!

Paid almost $100 plus tip just for them to tell me they don’t have polish to match my toes. Price doesn’t match the quality of nails I could have did them myself but better with no degree ????????‍♀️ Don’t expect them to care , they just want your money, welcome to America, Don’t waste your time You are better off being a boss and learning from YouTube ????????‍♀️

I tried them for the first time. My gel manicure was alright. My pedicure was also nicer. We had a little issue with understanding what I wanted vs what they wanted me to get, but the firm person that I am made them understand. I just wished the pedicure chairs weren’t so close since they had no plexy glass and customer next to me had no mask. Still tip him but doubt it I’ll go back

If you call for appt it's not honored. Your appt will be 2 hours. The service past year isn't the same it's time to find a new nail place. Sad I have come here past 12 plus years.

The man who did my fill-in and pedicure today did an excellent job. He was very patient and didn’t rush his work. His name is Vincent and he reminds me of my nail technicians up in NY. He knew exactly what I wanted and I am overly satisfied. I will be returning and will be recommending customers. Thank you!!

Wonderful people and beautiful place to go and get nails and pedicure. I've been going there over 13 years. Donna always does my nails she's the best and does beautiful designs. Megan always does my pedicure she is wonderful. So relaxing and pedicure and nails she also does beautiful designs. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant. Great place to go to
