My go to spot for nails in Happy Valley area. Katie is amazing (and yes, sometimes there’s a wait, but in my opinion, worth it!).

Highly recommended, all of the staff are friendly and good at what they do!

I don't even know where to begin..... this is the 2nd time I've been to this salon and have had such poor service, I don't know how they are when still in business. I called at 10am to see if they had 2 available pedicure spots, and new set with Katie, I was told yes come at 1130. We arrived at 1130, and waited until 12 for our pedicure to start, I kept watching the time because I know that it takes a few hours to have these services done. I was assured multiple times I would be done by 145 in time to pick up my daughter from school, in wich I cannot be late for. As pedicures were finished katie still hadn't arrived, it was now 115, she finally comes in at 130 and insisted she starts my full set, I said ok but I have to leave at 145 to pick up my daughter, she then kept assuring me that it will be fine, so at 155 I finally said I'm sorry I have to go, my 7yr old needs me to pick her up!! I told her I would be back at 240 so she can finish , upon arriving at 240 she was working on another client, and told me it will be a minute! I said no I will pay for our pedicures and my daughters dip, but I am not waiting anymore for Katie. She would not take no for answer , she physically touched my doughter guiding her back into the salon, when we clearly stated no thank you, she overstepped her boundaries by touching and trying to get us to sit down and not cause a scene, Katie assured me she was going to make it right, she said she was going to give me a discount for making me wait, mind you we were there for a total of 5 hours because of her tardiness. When it came time to pay there was a $4 discount, seriously ???? I said no. Her discounted total was $224, what? I gave her $220 because I don't want anything for free, but how insulting. She stood up, started yelling at me trying to tell me she did a good job and her services are worth more than that. I just told her that her way of making her and her employee's mistakes right were totally wrong. This was the second time I had an appointment and had to wait for 30 or more minutes passed my appointment time. My advice is never use this salon, they are not high end , even tho location may say otherwise. And their customer service is horrible. While there were other customers in the salon she was kind and accommodating but when the salon was empty she stood up raised her voice and became very aggressive. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never return to this salon and I will be sure to let everyone I know about my terrible experience. Do better Katie at K nails.

I haven't had my nails done in over three years and walked into K Nails after reading good reviews. I was not disappointed, Katie was amazing, she gave me my gorgeous nails back. She listened to what I wanted and really customized for me. I also got a pedicure (I don't remember that ladies name) and the amount of callouses she got off was incredible. I will absolutely become a regular here

I love K Nails!! They are very professional and do fantastic job. I can always just pop in and they accommodate me at once. I can’t say enough when it comes to great customer service and how well you are treated. I love to be pampered and they do a fantastic job????

I had a wonderful experience at K Nails and Spa. First time and got dipped nails and. Gel pedicure. The massage and polish on the pedicure was the best I’ve ever received (I am SO SORRY I forgot the woman’s name) and Kenny who did my nails was fantastic! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place has a nice atmosphere and they appear friendly. A good place for a larger group if they have enough workers to assist you. I've been here a couple of times and feel a little more comfortable here than previous places. I look forward to coming back in the future. ( p.s. they have a bar )

Had the best technician! Her name is Quan. She glanced at my saved picture for a couple of seconds only and knew exactly what she needed to do.

She was SO patient with me because I was tense and didn't know how to relax my fingers & she did such a great job!

Мне очень хорошо мастер сделала обрезной маникюр и покрытие. Мастер идеально удалила все сухие кутикулы. Не повредила ни один сосуд / капилляр . У меня они расположены очень близко к кутикуле Очень скурпулезно убрала всю огрубевшую кожу. И покрыла темно красным гел - лаком . При покрытии мастер ни разу не задела лаком кожу. Лаком идеально покрыла каждый ноготь в несколько слоев , каждый слой хорошо просушивали, лак не растекался за пределы ногтей. Весь процесс занял 40 минут по времени.

Дочке сделали наращивание акрилом на типсы. У дочки была другая мастер, но тоже сделала все очень хорошо и красиво. По времени наращивание было около 1,5 часа. Мы остались очень довольны и вернёмся обязательно снова. Спасибо ????

I saw Quann 5 weeks ago for a dip manicure and it was the best one I have ever had!!!!! They are actually still on my nails and not chipped off at all. I have never had them last this long. Will definitely be going back to see her! She is super sweet too!!!!
