Me & my best friend went here to get our nails done today! I've never had such a good experience getting my nails done. We walked in & were seated immediately & greeted with color options. As soon as we decided they got right to work. The lady doing my nails spoke very clear English & was so funny(I wish I would have got her name)! They did exactly what we wanted. Can't wait to go back & get pedicures as well ???? the nails are PERFECT
I started with dip, which was a weird experience of Ken refusing to give me a manicure (leaving my cuticles) then not using activator to cure my nails. The result was nails that broke and peeled within a week. I really wanted to give Ken’s Nails a chance to make it right, so I went back to have them fixed a week after they were done and began to peel/crack, which Ken was more than willing to help with. But he honestly kind of half did the fix. Needless to say I was back in within a week to just have them removed. Hoping for at least a good manicure, I booked with Lee. But here is what I ended up with 3 visits and $75 later. This is literally how I left the salon yesterday evening, it is not due to wear. Very disappointed.
Ken was kind and very knowledgeable about all the different types of nails, what was best for my nail beds, and why. He took me in as a walk-in and kindly invited my boyfriend to wait on a massage chair since they were available. His work was nice and his prices were normal.

Didn't catch the lady's name who did mine but they turned out great! My mom is also very pleased with her set. We both got a full set of acrylics from here and will probably return in the future. The girl I had was very gentle and kind and worked efficiently, and gave me exactly what I asked for. I am pleased!
This is my “Go To” place. Best manicure and pedicure ever!! Ley and Ken have done a remarkable job for me over past few months and all of the staff are professional.
Quick note: It’s always a good idea while scheduling your appointment to let them know if you want your manicure or pedicure with a design which takes longer than usual. ;)
I understand that they were just allowed to re-open... but if you don’t have time for three nail appointments then don’t say you have time for three appointments.
We had an appointment for two full sets and a manicure at 10 AM and the first one of us didn’t even get into her chair until 10:42 AM. The second (myself) didn’t get called until just after 11. And the third decided to leave at like 11:25 as she still hadn’t been helped. Inconvenient but we did choose to wait.
However, once I was finally sat, I told the woman I wanted fairly short and coffin shaped. I kept asking for shorter but she insisted they would be once she filed them down. Additionally, I asked a few times for more coffin shaped.
I have long, square nails. And it was over $50.
Hindsight is 20/20, I wish we wouldn’t have even waited that long. Definitely won’t be returning.
Absolutely the best place in all North Idaho. I’ve been going to Kens nails for 2 years. Each time a new style and have never been disappointed. All the nail technicians are super professional and perfectionists. Highly recommend!
