Unprofessional, poor quality and OVERPRICED. $46 for a gel manicure that looked about a month old and had to be done over to not look any better. Never going here again!!
I took my stepmom here to get her nails done for her wedding and this was one of the best nail salons I've been to. The salon is super cute and clean and the staff are super friendly. They did a fantastic job on her nails and definitely gave her the princess treatment! Complimentary drinks were a nice touch, it gives it a very luxurious feel.

I’ve been going to LaVang almost 12 years. It saddens me that the owners can’t find good help and are getting such bad reviews. Mary has always done my nails but she’s hardly ever there anymore. So I took a chance and let someone else do my pedicure and my daughter’s nails. BIG MISTAKE!!! My feet have cuts so bad. My daughter says her fingers hurt. Not going back……
I went in for a solar refill. I told the lady white tip with pink. She even confirmed with me with what I wanted. Needless to say, all she did was put a pink color on my original solar nails.
I have to look away when my nails are done because I will lock my fingers. The 2 manicurists were having a conversation the whole time that I was annoyed with and trying to ignore.
When I went to the register, I was in shock when I read the prices and there was no description of what service is for what price. It’s very generic with no description. I didn’t blink an eye at $40 for a refill with white and pink solar nails. I also looked around for other signs but there were none. ONLY ONE TUCKED AWAY BEHIND THE REGISTER!!
I was on my way home when I realized I DIDN’T get what I paid for and I couldn’t call them until Monday. I did call and asked for Mark and I was told he wouldn’t be back until January 2022! His daughter called and blamed me.
I used to go there regularly but started going when I couldn’t get in with my normal technician. I will NEVER RETURN!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
The sign at the business clearly stated they were open and I was in and seated prior to there closing time. They had the audacity after I signed in and sat down for a few minutes… told me they close at 6:30 and basically I was not receiving any service!
Do not recommend… Poor customer service!!!
Very clean, well managed nail salon. The employees are friendly & professional.
The place looks clean, I've been going there for 8 years, but they rush through service, not so detailed, this last time, the tech (sanded ?)did My nails so deep, they almost went into the skin and hurt so much! I did a dip and it came off a week later ..And when asking for something, I can't get someone who fully understands what I want done, I would think I would because they're not cheap. I don't think I'll be going back.
