I came here for a 9am appointment when I got there the only one was there was the manager (so she said). I told her I wanted small box braids all over, I didn't want my braids to be different sizes for the amount of money I was paying her reply was they are going to be bigger in the back, I said absolutely not. She said she wasn't going to argue with me and I said I know you're not because I'm going somewhere else. Very unprofessional I would not recommend .

This place is so unprofessional. I called a day before and was told one price, get there and it’s a totally different price. Not to mention I waited 2 hours for service arrived at 10am and at 12pm I decided to leave! The ladies had major attitude like they didn’t even want to service me in the first place. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Went in asking for box braids. The lady by the name of Coomba tried to get me to get knotless braids (Which Cost More) seem to be irritated once I told her I didn’t want knotless. I really felt like the didn’t wanna do my hair. I felt like they were bad talkin me in there language. The second braider Fatoo took long unnecessary breaks. Once the service was complete and I got home to look at them. My back braids are two sizes bigger than the front ones and the front once are different sizes as well. Also the back braids are shorter than the front. I’ve been going to this shop for a long time now but after today they won’t EVER see me again

They charged me 200 for six braids hello no I will not be returning ???? this place trash but work is good

These ladies did an amazing job! I have had my knotless braids in for 9 weeks, have washed it 5/6 times, and it still looks great. I am a sweater and my hair tends to get very frizzy very fast but I didn’t show any signs of frizz until my third wash. I will definitely be returning to Mousley and Sisters again.

Every time I walk in there they give me different prices for the same style . Once I paid $150 for twists I tried to get the style again $200 I tried to get the same style $ 220 literally change prices. It don’t even be worth it and they don’t even follow directions and most of my hair is shaved what am I paying $220 for ?

This was my first visit and I was beyond please with my outcome. It was a bit too tight but absolutely beautiful ❤❤. The owner Mously and another lady braided my hair. They both were very nice and I enjoyed talking to them. They made me feel very comfortable and I will be returning for my next braid style. Thank you Ladies!!

Came in when they opened and was told to leave my number and come back at 2PM. Came back and they said come back Monday if I wasn't getting knotless braids (I wanted box braids which cost less) out of 6 braiders nobody could do my hair because they had "appointments " or they hands were hurting . U had been going here for years but I won't be going back. They are unprofessional af!
