DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I got my nails done Monday and it's now Thursday afternoon. I spent 65 dollars on an acrylic gel set, and even though the man (Tony) cut me several times while doing my nails, I left him a thirty dollar tip. (I try to give people the benefit of the doubt.) By Monday night, the nails looked really far from my actual nail bed and they looked really tacky. By Tuesday the middle one on my right hand had snapped off. Any time I touch or grab anything the remaining nails, which are still glued on, unfortunately, bend all the way back. I can't get them off though without tearing my actual nail in the process. This is the absolute worst place I have ever been to. I tried to call them to ask for my money back, but I don't think that they even have a working phone number posted, because it consistently just gives me a busy signal. I can't believe I wasted so much money for a nail set that lasted me three hours.
I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails, and I must say this salon is probably the best in the area! Got the mint jelly pedicure by Sunny and it is the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They steam your legs while massaging so you stay nice and warm too ????
The color I picked out first wasn’t what I had in mind and Sunny noticed my facial expression and right away suggested another color and was more than happy to make the change. She even offered assurance that it was no problem! I’ve never felt so at home in a nail salon and can’t believe I could have been going here all along! Highly recommend ❤️
I’ve been coming here for many years and have watched numerous nail techs come and go, but generally liked the service provided. I had an appointment yesterday to have my acrylic nails taken off. I like to give them a break every once in a while. I wen to share, Bobby is not ready to be on the floor. He cut my actual nail with the drill and tried to laugh it off despite me telling him it was painful. Another tech had to step in to help. I also got a manicure and basically had to walk him through the process. Giving stars because he did actually paint my nails but not the color I wanted which he strongly discouraged. Either way my manicure is already chipping. This place is pricey and some of the techs deserve it but not all. New techs should have different pricing. Will be finding somewhere else.

Had the worst experience on Sunday getting a pedicure by Bobby. Very unprofessional! Zoomed thru my pedicure in speedy time & it shows! Very sloppy!
I’ve been going to this salon for a couple months and I like that they actually follow an appointment book and are usually on time. However being their last appointment of the evening is the worst. As soon a each tech is done they start cleaning around all the customers who are still there. Most recently they not only swept all their dirt around me but the entire front of the store was being wet mopped with 5+ customers all having to still walk out. Along with that their owner was counting out the end of their day making paying seem like a hassle to him. Also since they’ve been so busy it seems like they’re trying to expands techs skills but my tech had no experience with acrylics which made the appointment stressful, I had to coach her along the entire time and it took twice as long.
I have been going to Nail Imagine in Doylestown for 2 years now- i think it would be fair to say i am “a regular” . .I like the salon- the owner is kind and professional. I usually always have the same technician- i always make an appointment with Jean. I have been more than thrilled with her technique and ability to help me “relax and allow myself to be pampered” - she clearly wants her clients to be accommodated and happy with the service they are paying for. She always gets at least a 20% tip. Gladly!!!! Sadly, i had to go today without an appt and Jean wasn’t available and i needed to get my nails done. So I had Tony. Normally i would not throw someone under the bus by stating his name- but i have to say this- this guy has been there for at least 2 years- I have seen him and always thought he appeared to be quite unhappy and not wanting to be there- ugh - here i was getting him- well - lets give him a try I thought! - well -He clearly doesnt like his job- OR he doesn’t like me - and how could that be- he doesnt know me- so why was he acting like he really didnt want to be doing this service for me- (pedi & gel manicure) - if i didnt lift my leg/foot quickly enough he seemed annoyed, the massage was awful- i asked if he could focus on my feet (they hurt lately :(. - he asked me why they hurt and told me he already did 3 mins on my leg so could only do 2 mins on my foot. WTH ????♀️ When he finished i felt as though i never even had a massage- it was worthless. . i had looked down at my phone and was surprised he was finished polishing my toes so quickly - i made the mistake of asking if it was 2 coats and i could tell that was not what he wanted to hear- to make matters worse i had the audacity to ask if he did a top coat- and thats when he started talking to his co-worker- very loudly…….. and let me say this - WE KNOW WHEN YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT US!!!!!!! And i still needed to get my gels!!! Quickest visit to Nail Image ever- 40 mins- pedi and gel mani - im sorry Nail Image- but Tony is not your 5 star employee! * Went at 11:30 am and was out by 12:20 - i wasnt in a rush- i wanted to be pampered and was not. For $73.00 i do expect to leave feeling good.. He still got over 10% tip- but only that. The only reason he gets 1 star is because He did in fact paint my nails. So there is that. ????
I have been searching for a nail salon that actually listens. The last place I went butchered the color I asked for, denied me the shape I asked for and my nails just looked bad. I come here and they do the color I want and the shape to perfection! They also offer back massages which is nice if you like that! I’ll be coming back regularly! Thanks so much to Sarah who made me feel so cute!
