I have been going here for over a year and will not be back after tonight. I had a schedule appointment at 6:15- they close at 7 to do a gel nail polish. It was 6:45 before I walked out. Then they let 3 people walk in and go ahead of me. I sat there stunned and even politely asked what time do they think they will be getting me in. Granted I have been a loyal customer for over a year tipping well over 25 percent each time getting my nails done every 2 weeks. Not even going to mention the color of my skin vs the women who go to go ahead of me. I will not be back. You are not a priority here.
This nail salon is going downhill fast. The employees are rude and the place is dirty. If you want to be ignored while the staff talks Vietnamese and laugh/giggle amongst themselves, this is the perfect place to be ignored and most likely talked about. I won’t return - rude, unprofessional and not that great of a pedicure!
Love there work they alway's get me in and can do anything i show them litterly anything and always do a beautiful job ! Highly recommend
This is probably the WORST nail place I’ve ever been to. I made an appointment & walked in at my appointment time and no one even acknowledged me until after 10 minutes then they told me to sit down at one one of the tables and dip my hands in the acetone and then moved me three freaking times until finally Christina was ready to do my nails. She literally did my nail in 10 minutes and I got dip powder and I told her I wanted them thin for which she just shook her head. Then after it was all done I looked at my nails and I told her that can you please fix the cuticles and she pretended to fix it and didn’t even care. My nails look horrible like I did them at home. The customer service here and is it ridiculous and they don’t care they just want to get customers in and out stay away from this place there are way better places around the area.
They are great people,very professional and friendly. Christina is my nail tech she's super....they all are and do a great job.
Worst experience the gentleman that gave me a pedicure was listening to music and with headphones and looking at his phone. He wasn’t paying attention he didn’t do a good job I went back in to tell them a lady filed my toes a little proceeded to talk about me in her language and then let out in English how picky. I said excuse me and she ignored me I was humiliated and now 40 dollars later out of luck. I don’t recommend this place ti anyone bad customer service!
These people are RUDE! we had an appointment made for 12:00 when we walked in not one worker said a word to us! We waited until 1:30 and finally got our mani/pedi. Another lady walked in and 3 workers walked past her she said hello to all of them and not one of them even acknowledged her.
The lady that did my nails kept jerking my hang around and when the gel light came off I took my hand out and she yelled at me then she realized the light was off.
I will not be going back here again!
They fixed my nails that a different nail place messed up! Its so difficult to find a good nail salon in Southern Illinois. But I do like this place
