UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE!!! I had an appointment for 3:00 but they had me wait until 3:30 to be seated. I picked an ANC color and when I noticed that the color the technician brought over was incorrect, I went and checked the number and asked about it. They insisted it was the correct color. After she finished the manicure she asked if I liked the color and I said “This is not the color I picked.” She then walked away as if I had said nothing. I paid, and probably should have waited to pay until after I confronted them again about the incorrect color, and went over to the ANC color selection area. Yes, the color was completely wrong. So I brought over the color and said “This is the one I picked.” Two technicians had a conversation in another language for five minutes and finally said “Yes that’s wrong,”, then each continued doing nails and left me standing in the middle of the salon. When I asked what could be done about the wrong color being put on my nails the woman in charge said “Next time let us know sooner.” I said I had let them know and then she just ignored me. When I asked if I was going to be receiving a discount or refund for my manicure the woman in charge said “No, we don’t do that.” When I asked how this could be corrected she said “Make another appointment and we’ll fix it.” When I asked to make that appointment she told me that I couldn’t make an appointment now and would have to call back another time. I spent an hour and a half getting my nails done and am now expected to take more of my time to come back in? They couldn’t even be bothered to make another appointment with me, didn’t apologize for their mistake, and did absolutely nothing to make it right. If I could give Rain Nails and Spa 0 stars I would.

UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS' RESPONSE:
This was my FIRST TIME at this nail salon and, as I mentioned in my review, I said multiple times that the color was wrong. Rain Nails & Spa seems to resort to lies in their responses to deflect from their poor service. Watch out.

You are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful nails that you charged $35 for. The talent is something I’ve never seen where I live and I will drive to come and get my nails done anytime I need to. They even have a rewards card which I thought was a great sentiment.
Got a pedicure here. Really nice, clean place. Lovely people. They did a great job on my feet, and I really needed it! I got one of their scented treatments with a hot stone massage and it was worth every penny. So happy to have a good nail place so close to where I live!
Just had my nails done (removal and new set) which was done very quickly and easily. Unfortunately, Kelly I believe her name was, was just a bit too rough. She cut quite I few of my cuticals.
Went for a fill ANC love my nails. She was very careful to not break my short nails. She added a Paraffin wax of my hands at no additional charge
i got my birthday nails done here and absolutely loved them! also got my eyebrows waxed for the first time ever here they were done so well! honestly the workers are so sweet and every time i have went i have felt very welcomed.
They always do their best to get me an appointment. I love how my nails turn out every time! They always double check that I love the colors I choose after they start. Love it hear!
I've never had a UV gel manicure, but this was great! I love my nails. The technicians know their stuff and the salon is clean.
