Quick Facts About Red Nails
Red Nails Place seems to have several weaknesses based on the comments provided. These weaknesses include poor quality of service, unprofessional behavior, unsanitary practices, overpricing, and a lack of customer satisfaction. However, it is important to note that there is one comment that mentions a positive experience with one individual employee.
One of the most common complaints among the comments is the poor quality of the manicures and pedicures provided by Red Nails Place. Customers expressed dissatisfaction with the application of polish, stating that it was messy, ended up in their cuticles, and looked like "absolute garbage." Another customer specifically mentioned glopped polish on their toes, and when they requested it to be removed, the situation escalated to the extent that the police were called. These comments indicate that the nail technicians lack attention to detail, resulting in subpar outcomes for customers.
Several comments also highlight unprofessional behavior and an uncomfortable environment at Red Nails Place. One customer mentioned feeling locked in the store and expressed concern about a staff member potentially carrying a gun. Another comment mentioned that the employees spoke to each other in a language the customer did not understand, which made them feel uncomfortable and excluded. These experiences contribute to a negative perception of the salon and create an unwelcoming atmosphere for customers.
Unsanitary practices were also mentioned in a comment, specifically involving the washing of nail tools in the basin alongside customers' feet. This raises concerns about hygiene and suggests a lack of proper sanitation protocols at Red Nails Place. Customers should feel confident that the salon they choose follows appropriate cleanliness standards to protect their health and well-being.
Price is another aspect that customers were dissatisfied with. One comment mentioned being charged $70 for a manicure that looked terrible, while another customer mentioned being overcharged $200 for a gel manicure and pedicure for themselves and their mother. These instances suggest that Red Nails Place does not provide value for the money spent, further contributing to customer disappointment.
On the positive side, one comment mentioned a positive experience with a specific employee who was attentive and provided good service. While this comment stands out from the rest, it appears to be an exception rather than the norm based on the other negative feedback received.
In conclusion, Red Nails Place has several weaknesses that affect its reputation and customer satisfaction. These include poor quality of service, unprofessional behavior, unsanitary practices, overpricing, and an overall negative experience for customers. It is crucial for a salon to address these weaknesses to improve the overall customer experience and regain trust.

Hands-down the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had I paid $70 for my nails to look like absolute garbage. The polish is all in my cuticles. The topcoat is everywhere they look like trash
This place AWFUL!!!! They glopped polish on my toes ( i did my own pedicure, just wanted painted) and charged me $45!!!! I told them to take it off because it looked horrible!! A toddler could do better, seriously.
They locked me in the store and called police. The lady ran to the back room abba grabbed her purse and walked back and forth by the door with her hand in her bag like she had a gun.
They are terrible!!! Run away!!!
I took my mom to get her nails done here & it the worst experience I’ve had at a nail shop. They did not offer dip nails. The guy was very weird and shady. He acted like he was on drugs and did a horrible job on my manicure. He got paint all over my skin. I could’ve done a better job. They charged over 200$ for a gel manicure and pedicure on me and my mom. They kept cutting out toes and fingernails. They washed the nail tools in the basin with our feet as we got our toes done. Super unsanitary and sketchy. Please take my advice & AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will overcharge you and it’s not worth your time.
So I am updating my review because my last visit is just that, my last. The lady was doing a really bad job and when I pointed out how bad my nails looked, they started speaking to each other in their language so of course I couldn't understand them. They moved me to one of the men who did an even worse job than the first lady. He talked the whole time repeating himself over and over again rather than paying attention to what he was doing, and since I had been there so long it was after 8pm when he finally got done.
I went to Diamond Nails next to Moe's to have them fix them and they were wonderful. A nice relaxing environment and now my nails look awesome.
The gentleman that works there treated me great, was very attentive & put good effort into taking care of my feet.
Worst place I’ve ever been! I had a full set put on and I asked for an hombre with white tip. The guy burned my fingers multiple times and then cut my fingers over 10 times! He did not know how to do an hombre look and when finished sprayed alcohol on my cuts. Then he has the nerve to ask me if I want to leave a tip?!?! He also left clumps under the nails.
They talk on the phone too much and they let the phone just ring and the man the man that works here did my nails he has then uneven, and the lady talks too much ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
This place gave me bad vibes as soon as I walked in. It looked dark and dingy. Its only 2 working people there and the shop had no customers. I got my chin/neck waxed and I had instant regret as soon as I layed down????. He used the same stick every dip. Won’t be going back.
