Quiero explicar mi experiencia en este salón en el mes de 27 octubre 2021fui donde Zulmarie ella me explicó el procedimiento de hacerme un cambio de negro poco a poco y me hizo un balayage y me hizo un excelente trabajo, quede sumamente complacida me encanto como ella fue muy dedicada. Ella me recomienda que me hiciera una keratina en 23 de noviembre 2021 regresó para retoque de canas y hacerme la keratina ese día el salón estaba muy lleno llegó a mi cita ella estaba con una clienta que ella me dice que disculpara la espera que esa clienta no tenía cita y se la sentaron en su silla. Ya ella se notaba molesta, me toca mi turno me retoca las canas luego envía a una compañera que me removiera el tinte porque estaba con otra clienta y ella lo hizo pero asumo que no le explico a su compañera que me iba hacer keratina me lavan el cabello con shampoo regular, ella estaba sumamente atrasada me aplica la keratina me seca y cuando salgo del salón que me veo el cabello el secado no me gusto las puntas estaban sumamente abiertas con frizz. Regreso donde ella y me dice que estaba atrasada que tenía que esperar y yo le digo regreso luego no hay problema regrese ya estaba por irse me plancha nuevamente pero igual nada me fui. Cuando me lavo el cabello en casa después de una semana con shampoo libre de sulfató porque no es la primera vez que me hago keratina pero en otro lugar. Yo no se que me aplico pero keratina no fue porque me activo el rizo. La llamo y le explico y ella me dice el pelo no te va quedar lacio????????♀️ y mas que tú tienes mucho cabello. No lacio pero tampoco como me quedó ese cabello con un frizz horrible y rizo activado. Ya no aguantaba más verme ese cabello así y voy donde ella en persona con el cabello lavado le pido hablar en privado porque no me gusta que las demás clientas escuchen. Ella me informa que hubo otra clienta con la misma situación que yo, ella me dice de darme otra vez la keratina pero la misma porque hasta que no se termine esa no la remueven. Pero tengo que pagar el secado pero en la keratina está incluido el secado. Lamentablemente no llegamos a ningún acuerdo yo me quede con mi cabello horrible y frustrada.
Nice size, pretty, clean salon. They have nice seating in waiting area. They took my mom back quickly and did a nice wash & blow... A little more expensive than what I anticipated though. She has really short hair and almost straight. I went to get my nails done. Helvia Patricia was really good. Definitely will be back to see her.
El salón es acogedor. Pero yo me atiendo con los ojos cerrados con SOFIIIIAAA. La recomiendo 100% . Muy linda y amable de verdad. Te entiende lo que quieres hacer con tú cabello.

Primero que nada debo decir que este salón reúne todas mis expectativas de lo que debe ser un salón de belleza en cuando a productos, limpieza y conocimiento se refiere.
Ahora bien fui a este salón por primera vez hace un mes para pintarme mi cabello y me pusieron con Sheyla ella me explicó todo me gusto el servicio de ella muy profesional y todo bien , la segunda vez que voy con cita por supuesto tuve que esperar más de media hora pero está bien no tenía prisa, no me gusto mucho como me secaron el pelo pero ni modo paso de hecho no fue la misma persona…….
Saco mi tercer cita para retocar el crecimiento para 4 pm llego al salón a las 4:04 la persona de recepción me dice siéntate ya mismo Sheila está contigo y yo ok, espero 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5 nadie se acerca para por lo menos disculpar la tardanza 5:10 escucho a alguien decir “no se que ella se va hacer” alguien viene me pregunta le digo retocar mi crecimiento, vi el movimiento por la hora pero no era mi culpa yo permanecí callada y un poco incómoda, está otra persona me llevo a la silla y pude notar la incomodidad de Sheila por que ella no había terminado con la clienta anterior y supuestamente lo mío era corrección de color y ya son las 5:38 pm , pues me paré con mi paciencia traté de sacar otra cita pero la frustración y el coraje y después tener que esperar una semana más para poder arreglar me pelo pues me fui……..
Y decidí tomarme el tiempo de poner esto aquí por que no se dieron cuenta que con un poquito de SERVICIO AL CLIENTE hubieran mantenido una clienta más y de hábito por que cuando se trata de mi cabello pago lo que sea ,,,,,,, con tan solo preguntar si quería esperar por Sheila o a lo mejor otra persona podía atenderme o quizás cambiar la cita por que esta persona estaba atrasada era bien fácil, no dejarme allí por tanto tiempo y sin preguntar como si una no valiera nada …….. es lamentable que cuando encuentra personas con talento no tengan nada de servicio al cliente por que perdemos las dos, ella una buena clienta y yo una buena estilista. Pero nada que hacer, Gracias !

On December 11, 2021 my granddaughter had a long layers cut at this salon. Unfortunately, the young lady that did her cut did a horrible job. Instead of having a conversation with the customer, she spent the whole time talking to other workers there, while doing Samantha's hair. She did such a bad job on her hair that she came home and cut her hair close to her neck area. Samantha was very upset. I wonder if she even took the time to check her work. I would never go back to that salon.
No cumplen con Las citas empesaron bien ahora son inresponsables. Perdi 2 dias de trabajo y nunca me habian puesto la Cita y ni les importo actuaron arogante ,they can care less.
