These ladies are phenomena!l friendly quick I was able to get appointments same day under duress, so kudos to these awesome ladies they are best braider I've had so far!! So if you need your hair done, want beautiful braids, friendly service please make your way down to T&K

This shop is horrible. Tried to schedule per text didn’t receive a response which was the first inconvenience. Then was able to make an appointment over the phone. Morning of me and my sisters appointment they let us know our hairstyles would take 6 plus hours. Which is ridiculous due to the simplicity of the styles requested. We get in the chair and they inform us they’re are not able to do our hair because it will “hurt” therefore they cannot grip hair properly for it to be painful. They started to speak in French back and forth myself assuming it was about us therefore we left. Very unprofessional and I would never spend my money there.

This lady was very unprofessional. I booked an appointment a week in advance, and she sent me a text message an hour before (couldn’t even call me) and said she couldn’t braid my hair.

I planned my whole week around this. Now I can’t find anyone else at the last minute. I called her once and responded to her text to reschedule and she didn’t even answer.

Horrible customer service, very inconsiderate.

Don’t get your hopes up...

I recently started going to this shop, I work close by so it’s very convenient. I’ve had my hair braided by Pat & Fatima and both ladies are awesome they both do great work and my braids are so neat. Their prices are comparable to other shops in Vegas, definitely worth booking an appointment with these lovely ladies and let their gifted hands do an amazing job on your hair. Just be sure to inform the ladies not to braid your edges and not to braid too tight, also get pricing up front when scheduling your appointment and remember who you spoke with that quoted you a certain price.

The two Ladies there are sweet and their braids are very neat. However I feel they need better time management and need to work on learning different hair textures and handling care. I made my appointment at 10:30am I arrived by 10:15 am, I wasn’t in the chair until 11:20am. When I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged in any way. Another lady came in for her 10:30am appointment with her daughter. She expressed her concerns to the ladies because she was waiting for more than 2 hours and had to come back. Also I’m mixed so my hair is thin and fragile, the lady braiding my hair did it way too tight, that I know my scalp will be irritated. I feel they are better of going by a walk in basis only. But for the price the 2 braids are neat.
