Rude and horrible customer service. When I walked into the place, no one greeted me. I know you normally have to sign in. The notebook is there open to a page so I sign my name and they make you wait outside, so I stood outside. After waiting a little bit. I went back inside and asked what is the wait time the lady tells me 30 to 40 minutes, so I go back outside. There was another customer outside with me and we decided to go inside again just to double check. When I realize that I had signed my name on the page that the notebook was opened to which was dated for Thursday. So I explain to the lady cool you know I’ll wait whatever but to make sure that she calls my name before she calls any of the other folks that came in before me and she wants to argue with me talk about she don’t know so I explain to her again and she want to give me a little like I’m crazy. So I crossed out my name. This place sucks when it comes to customer service. I will not come back here again.
This salon is terrible! I never had so much pain with nails! In 2 weeks 3 broke because they weren’t thick enough. When I went to get 2 fixed the older female did a lazy job filling my nails with them pointing at me and hurting my skin around. The best is a younger man. But after this painful experience I can understand why they are closer to the ghetto. Do not go there! You will be left handicap in a few days! They also made my one finger she fixed a claw not round so it was embarrassing!
I walked in to get a pedicure (mind you I am 9 months pregnant ????) the lady asked me to sign the book and wait outside in the heat. There was no chairs outside and inside the salon was not even full. I stood there for 2 minutes before anyone greeted me.
My girl Mooni is quick and accomodated me and mi quirks, questiins and uncertainty. She is fast but detailed. That pedicure took years off mi life. My overlay was neat and perfect for me

The only reason I’m giving one star is bcs I can’t rate no stars! I will NEVER return to TD nails 3. The customer service is nonexistent. Vee and Lena are very unprofessional, rude and catty! The owner, he is no different and embellishes their actions. They can’t do simple designs and the wait is ridiculous to be unsatisfied with the end results. I DO NOT recommend this place!
The lady who did my eyebrows asked first if I want them thick or thin. I said thick, just clean it up. When she finished, my eyebrows were very thin! This was NOT what I asked for. I was upset but did not confront her although I was visibly disappointed. She was then going to do my nails, it seems as though she was upset because I was not pleased with my eyebrows. She did not properly apply my sns powder on my nails, she brunt my fingers with the machine, she used to much polish so it was dripping all over the sides of my nails and fingers, she did not shape it properly, she added diamonds but did not position them even remotely properly. I showed the gentleman in the store who I assumed was the supervisor and he just said she'll file it down. I allowed he to try to file them down but they are a complete mess and need to be redone. This was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Because I didn't like the brows was no reason to give me so much attitude and poor service. I was so upset that I paid and left. I DO NOT recommend this place. Even of the others are too busy.
This place was horrible, not only did we wait long but the girl who did my nails could not even do a simple design and I mean very simple and I got my eyelashes done and the edges were straight and not curved with my eyes. I was told 2 weeks to last and woke up in the am to find them coming off ugh. My first time getting them and I was very disappointed. NEVER AGAIN, this is what happens cause I wanted somewhere close to home
