After another salon in town completely messed up my nails for my daughters wedding this weekend and refused to fix their mistake I made a call and these ladies got me in right away. Not only were they very nice and professional, they were incredible fast! I didn’t have time for some to redo my nails but they had me and out within 40 mins and that was removing nails too. Highly recommend . Photo was 4 days after service.
This is hard and I’m torn. The staff was so kind and generous. The only reason I post three stars is because this was less than 24 hours after the manicure. I think it may have been the polish?!? Unsure. The staff is super kind just bummed my nails chipped within 3 hours.
Same day appointment, a couple of hours after I called. Heidi was amazing, zipping around, taking care of so many people, and doing me after a short wait. She was fun to talk with and a sweetheart! We visit Park City often, and I will come back here for sure. I suggest being prepared for a short wait, even with an appointment, as they do take walk-ins. But it's worth the wait. Brava, Heidi!
People are nice and easy to work with BUT I have had my nails done 3 times from here and they only last about 3 days before they are chipping and peeling off. I keep thinking it will be better next time but it never is. I don't know if its the gel or the application but for $35.00 I NEED something that lasts a little longer.
I got dip acrylic nails with tips for the first time and the woman who did them, who I believe is also the owner, was extremely rough with my hands she moved very fast it was painful there are little cuts on three of my fingers from her filing too hard and fast and the polish doesn’t even look good. I feel like the least that you can do when you’re working with somebody’s body a.k.a. their hands and fingernails the least you can do is be gentle and respectful and this was anything but that and the results weren’t even good. They were rude and it’s a low rate manicure.
always rushed , i don’t know why they take ‘appointments’ when they clearly don’t respect them.. they overbook and are super short staffed. everything is rushed, pedi massages last 1 minute. also, they charge differently EVERY single time even if you get the same exact thing as your last appointment. save your money & go elsewhere.
I love this salon I've been a few times, it's always so clean, and Phoebe is amazing! I went up to park city for the weekend and made sure to stop here to get my nails done. I noticed the employees wiping done every chair with Clorox wipes after each appt and then they'd washed their hands and sanitized before the next person. staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this salon, even if you live in slc it's worth the drive!!!
Worst mani pedi of my life. I watched the aesthetician dilute the nail polish with acetone before applying to my nails. Nail polish has streaks and is poorly applied.
