I came in to get a TRIM on my hair that was a little below waist-length. The lady took off at least 7 inches and gave me layers after we had only agreed that she would be taking about 2 inches off and cutting 2 short strands at the front. She took it upon herself to give me a haircut I didn't want, which is frustrating because my hair means a lot to me. At the end she commented that the haircut she had given me looked good on my straight hair. I didn't confront her because what's done is done, but if you're particular about your hair I wouldn't come here. This place is more of a barbershop than a beauty salon.

This spot is pretty awesome! Three of us received gorgeous cuts/trims from Helen herself. She was super thorough to ensure she trimmed everything. We are all quite pleased with our new dos, so we will for sure return! The staff was friendly and the wait was not long at all.

Appointment only. But if you don't have one, she can book you right then, if she has an open schedule. We just had to wait outside, did a quick grocery shopping mean while, and walk around for a few minutes. The lady seem very thorough. Cleans all her equipment before each use. And did a good haircut.
