This is the worst nail salon in this neighborhood. Consistently bad service. The staff will ignore you if they don't feel like working on the style you request. I sent in for an appointment and had the staff help walk-ins while I waited in the pedicure chair 30 min for someone to address me or finish my service. Ended up leaving because instead of addressing me, they spoke amongst each other and proceeded helping the walk-in.
Very nice staff! They did a great job on all of our nails. Would give 5 stars but they kept nicking my fingers while filing. The other gentleman was also a little rough on the cuticles.
The last two times I’ve had issues, first time she stopped my service to take care of someone else and left me waiting there until she finished the walk in clients wax while I had an appointment. I thought that was rude and so unprofessional. Second time, the guy cut literally almost every finger, some nails were not polished completely, shape is awful and the gel is already peeling. I don’t even want to go get them redone due to the last two experiences.
No point making an appointment, theyre basically first come first served, they dont even bother accommodating you even if you came on time. Not gonna come back here again
When you call to make an appointment for noon, but are asked to come in at 1130, and when you arrive, there are multiple people waiting. They do a good job with services, just horrible with scheduling. What’s the point in calling if they can’t get you in at your desired time? I came in at 1130, and still waited well after noon. I do love the color of my nails though!
First picture was what was suppose to be done and the results were very disappointing. $48 for this rebase.
I had an appointment at 930 for a pedi (mother daughter day) got there at 930 got called back at 947 to soak feet till 1015. My daughter and I got left sitting there with no one coming by to start or even say anything. We finally got up and left. Here’s the thing …. I understand a walk in and choosing to wait. That is why we made an appointment!!!! If you as a business can not accommodate an appointment time then don’t act like you can!!!! You wasted almost an hour of our time this morning. I have been going there off and for over 15 years!!! The last two times I can say service was already going down hill. Today service went all the way down the hill!!! We will not be coming back here. Can not believe the non service we got this morning. Don’t over book yourselves!!! Also some advice : I understand not wanting to lose out on money so you still choose to take walk in’s …. maybe call 30mins before an appointment to make sure your schedule appointment is coming before you just take a walk in. And or DONT OVER BOOK!!!! It’s our money and time too!!!! REMEMBER THAT!!
Paid 16 to remove my acrylic nails and left with a layer of acrylic still on my nails. Never returning.
