came here randomly with my aunt around Christmas time and decided I would get a full set since I hadn’t had one in years. Charlie did an amazing job and I’ve been coming every two weeks since then. I always get a gel pedicure and full set which usually runs me about $90 which i think is pretty reasonable. Came back today with a design I found online and Mr. Charlie didn’t disappoint!
I came here before and did a set with Bryan or Ryan i think his name is and left happy. I walked in and some other guy attended me and was just mad about doing them the whole time. I went on a Friday and asked for French tip… this is what i got and one on my nails chipped the same day and keep chipping… it’s been 3 days not even.. so dissatisfied and disappointed. They look ugly and ruined!
I love this Nail Shop and would come here regularly when I lived in Boynton Beach. They are always professional, and do a great job. Did I mention they were fast too which is important to me. I actually traveled here because I did Not like the last result of my last visit to the nail shop I had been going to for almost 3 years. Prices are on Par so no surprises. Most important, they are extremely clean and sterilize their equipment.
I did my nail since yesterday it’s was so nice there I really like it place and they are so friendly and nice I came all the way from New York I never had that treatment before thank you so much to take care of me that my spot whenever I come down to Florida ????????????
Had the worst experience here, after waiting an hr to get full set I was told to seat down. The guy who did my nails wouldn't allow me to get the design I wanted plus he wasn't even paying attention to my nails. He did my nails in 20 mins but they looked like they were done 2 weeks ago. I got them done Friday and this morning 4 fell off. I will never go back to this place, it was one of the worst places i ever been too.
Not a great experience. Poor service, unfriendly staff. Called in advance so my husband could get pedicure and I could get manicure. We were told there would be 2 technicians to take care of us at the same time. They started my husband's pedicure right away but made me sit and wait for over 30 minutes. They even helped other people who got there 20 minutes after us. There were 2 technicians just sitting around not helping any clients. Finally when my husband's pedicure was done and I still had not been spoken to or helped at all... we put money on the reception desk for my husband's pedicure and left. One of the staff chased us outside and asked why we were leaving. We told her we can't wait all day as we had somewhere else to be. I don't recommend this place. I'm very easy going and hardly ever get my nails done, but I have definitely had far better experiences elsewhere. We will not be returning.
The lady who was doing my nails was so rough she told
W that the acrylic was 35 the. When I done she said it was 45. She did my nail was so rough. and I asked for full set $35 she trick me into a gel set for $45 service was horrible and after i spoke to the manager about the miscommunication he stated that well you have to pay 45. My mail looks horrible and service is wack. Will never go there again.
After all she still expecting tips. Which I did give her 5 dollars.
Yen's nails. Should be called Yang's instead.
I was in the process of car shopping, so I couldn't get to my usual nail salon in West Palm Beach. I decided to give this place a try especially since they were conveniently near the supermarket I go to weekly. When I walked in I mentioned I needed the removal of gel on 2 toes, and that I wanted a regular pedicure. Besides the fact that their prices were quite high, and I would have had to pay at least 37 dollars I gave them a chance. I then changed my mind, and just wanted the gel removal. Well why in God's name did I do that; because the manager who just happened to be a male, gave me the most disturbing and disgusted stare! Like he hated my very existence. He said, "It's expensive everywhere!" Then started speaking in an Asian language with the most passionate expressions and body language. Finally, I then changed my mind for GOOD and grabbed my groceries and proceeded to walk out the door. He said ,"GOODBYE!!" I said, "Bye! Have a great day!" And couldn't walk fast enough OUT of there. THE AUDACITY to treat me with with such a lack of pleasantries because I chose to NOT get a pedicure. How dare I spend MY money how I want??? And if looks could kill.. They made a super bad first impression, and I wouldn't spend a rusted red penny of my money in that place!! Do not go there if you expect to be respected as a patronizing customer!
