Sunday, late-afternoon on a holiday weekend - Lunar New Year. There were three lady technicians and five of us. They were hustlin’, from person to person to optimize time efficiently while also detailed orienting and accommodating. They were engaging asking you questions and had several returning clients come in while we were there. There was also a person who never gets their nails done and they worked with her gently. I was in awe of their work ethic. If you want to feel cared for with a neighbor hood fee - come here.

So I was not happy with this place at all went in on a Sunday. they had been busy but I asked how long lady said I was fine they get me in a sec said ok lady was really soft and nice but I walk out with better lighting and my nails had not been lined with the tip to be colored the clear polish is chipped went back on Monday and showed and told them and lady's had a full on argument and started to blame that my nail on the bottom is old and the only problem I had was that the polish was not lined with the nail and the the clear polish was chipped and she still left one with a corner chipped and forth finger still a line with chipped clear polish
At first I wasn't happy with how my nails were looking with the first nail tech. But they switched me over to a lady named "V" and she did a great job. I recommend her for any acrylics or nails.
The lady in the picture did my nails. I noticed she became frustrated and got an attitude when my tips kept falling off my nails & I told her i wanted rounded nails since i don't like square, she was finally able to get them to stay however she applied to much acrylic powder, she cut all of my fingers, left super glue on my skin, gel polish got on my cuticles, she kept messing with her phone, her work is very sloppy she has an i don't care attitude, she completely rushed and it wasn't busy. My nails feel like glue on nails. She charged me more than the pricing listed. I wont waste my money here again. I work hard and wanted to treat myself. Don't GO HERE!!!!!
Made an appointment showed up early and waited 45 minutes till I knew I going to be late for work so I had to go, loved this place so much wanted to give it another chance and made another appointment, when I called I asked them their availability when they had open and they said 10am, I show up at ten am and was told I had to wait, when I asked how long I had to wait they told me they had to call someone and left. Came back and basically told me they have someone overbook appointments and never show up and that the woman that made my appointment that could do stiletto nails wasn't there and to find another mail salon if I couldn't wait. Ever since v left this place is trash and I will not waste my time coming back.
My nails look like big bubbles. Lady’s were rude the whole time, in the end when the lady was trying to make my nails look pretty she was being very rough, and literally cutting me with her nail on all my fingers.
Got my nails done yesterday and taking them off today. So embarrassing. Never had such a horrible job getting my nails done till now.
I recently went to get a full set done by them and within 24 hours 2 of my nails popped off and within 4 days all of my nails were chipping and coming up from my nails. after 6 days I went to get a rebase done at my favorite place (VIP Nails, I didn't go tot them for my full sent because they were still closed due to Covid19) and as she was taking the gel polish off you could see GREEN under 4 of my nails. YEP I got fungus on 4 of my nails from them. Not to mention the nail file the guy was using on me was just the the cardboard under it which did nothing but hurt and take longer! I know one other person that got fungus from them a few years ago but I assumed they are still opened hopefully they actually clean their stuff not but I was wrong. So much for paying $50 for a full set just to have them taken off 6 days later. I will never be returning to this place.
