I went in tonight to get my nails done. Greeted by man at the door and I asked if it was to late. He responded, his son had a Christmas program. I said I could come back tomorrow but the lady in back said she would do them. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. She was forcibly moving my hands when they were not where she wanted them, visibly angry about taking off existing nails, appeared to purposely mess up a couple of my nails, pretty sure she was cursing about me while talking to herself while nobody was around but me. I wanted to walk out but didn’t. I’ve been going there for years but now, sadly I will go somewhere else

My toes look great. However my nails not so much the guy CUT ME and DEEP too and instead of stopping and saying sorry or getting me a napkin he put NAIL GLUE directly into my cut finger! And still tried to make me pay full price! The cut is deep enough I can pull my finger open! He tried making me pay 101$! After he cut me!
I made an appointment to get my nails done, Tiffany is who does my nails, she confirmed my appointment. I left work early to make sure I wasn’t late. She told me she was running behind and it would be a bit, if I would wait. I set there an hour, she comes up and tells me “we can’t do your nails now, we over booked. That is not professional at all. If she would of told me before I left work ear, they were over booked, I would of understood. But they let me set there for an hour. I don’t live in okmulgee, I live out of town, I work here. I prefer to give my business here, but I will go to Tulsa from now on.
They rush you and push you to pay more… not a good time. Would not recommend
A week after getting a pedicure here my feet started to burn and when I removed the gel polish I had a green nail. I went to my doctor and he diagnosed severe athlete's foot and a Pseudomonas infection under my nail. He indicated that it was likely from dirty tools because I had not been to a pool or anywhere else barefoot and I started showing symptoms in the correct time frame after getting this pedicure. Please, make sure to ask them about the cleanliness of their tools before getting anything done.
i went there for the first time on 9/13 for an acrylic full set with gel. i have crooked fingers and my nails ended up being straight when you look at them together but crooked when compared to the finger. they also didnt cover the sides of my nail. would have asked for a refund or for them to fix it, but not really worth the hassle. I'll just go somewhere else.
