I’ve been coming to this barber shop for 7 years. It has always been a wonderful experience for me. The environment is professional. The barbers are friendly, and most importantly they are always on time for your personal appointment. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend this spot.

I have been coming to Exquisite cuts for 11 years now. I only get my hair cut here. All barbers are very skilled and always professional.

Came in for a haircut with a dude named Brandon, after my cut I went to go for a retwist and 3 of my dreads fell out due to him cutting too deep

Worst haircut and shave of my life. I asked to keep my goatee which is always cut in straight lines even with the edges of my mouth which was clearly visible and before I knew it I had some skinny triangle thing that looked so bad I told him to just take it all off. Then I got home and found I had hairs sticking up everywhere on my head, hair left on one side of my mustache, hairs on my neck where the cape was wrapped. Had to go to Kroger and buy a trimmer to finish the job.

No type of respect for clients.

Showed up here early for a cut. Hours say 9am they open still at 10 nobody is here. Spoke with the owner. Disrespectful. Asked if they're was a barber you could call to get here considering i been waiting here. And there was no sense of urgency with anything. I needed a last minute cut and have used this barber in the past. I believe the lost they're hospitality due to covid. Hopefully they can turn around this pathetic display of customer service.

Would not get a cut here ever again.

Young guy with tats. Asked for a fade for my son. Walked outside to my car for 2 minutes, when I came back he was halfway up a BALD fade without asking and can’t fade worth a g** d***. Please practice brother. Thank God hair grows back! The Asian lady does decent work, but far from a master like Knucky, Steve and the barbers at the shop down the street. If she’s the owner she should not let someone with such lack of skill in her business. Will not return and caution others from walking into this shop, make an appointment with someone you specifically know.

Went to a salon to get my hair cut. 1 hour before close. The stylists were sitting around not doing anything and told me they had no appointments available.

So i called Exquisite Cuts they told me to come in and Dom gave me a better cut than I would have gotten at the other place. Very happy and will be coming back to Dom next month. Thanks man.
