Quick Facts About Fade To Glory
Fade To Glory is a barbershop that has received a mixture of positive and negative reviews. In order to understand the strengths and weaknesses of this place, it is important to analyze the comments provided.
One recurring praise in the comments is the skill and expertise of Snax, one of the barbers at Fade To Glory. A customer mentions that Snax is a true master with the clippers, which speaks to the barber's abilities and talent. This positive review highlights the strength of having highly skilled barbers at Fade To Glory.
Another strength mentioned in the comments is the atmosphere of the barbershop. Customers note that the atmosphere is great, with barbers and customers seeming like old friends. This creates a welcoming and friendly environment that many customers appreciate. Additionally, seeing the barbers joke and cut up adds to the overall positive experience for some customers.
Fast service is also mentioned as a strength of Fade To Glory. One customer states that there are many chairs with great barbers, which allows for efficient service. This is particularly important in the busy schedules of many customers, and the fast service provided by Fade To Glory is seen as a positive attribute.
Fade To Glory also receives praise for following COVID-19 safety guidelines. Customers mention that the barbershop has dividers between clients, masks are worn, and there is no waiting inside the shop. These safety precautions are highly valued, especially during the ongoing pandemic. Providing a safe environment for customers is a strength that Fade To Glory possesses.
However, there are also several weaknesses that are mentioned in the comments. One common complaint is the inconsistency in closing times. One customer mentions that they were turned away at 5:20 PM, even though the closing time sign states they are open until 6. This lack of clarity and consistency can be frustrating for customers and is seen as a weakness of Fade To Glory.
Another weakness mentioned in a comment is the lack of punctuality. A customer arrived at 8:45 AM when the sign stated they would open at 9:00 AM, but nobody showed up until 9:30 AM. This kind of delay can inconvenience customers and create a negative experience. Furthermore, the customer mentions that they were unable to get their child a haircut after coming in after school, which is another example of poor organization and scheduling. These instances highlight a weakness in Fade To Glory's ability to manage customer expectations and appointments.
Pricing is another weakness mentioned in the comments. One customer states that they were charged $30 for a simple taper fade, which they consider to be overpriced. This feedback suggests that Fade To Glory may need to reassess their pricing strategy to ensure they are not alienating customers with high prices.
Another significant weakness mentioned in a comment is the poor customer service and treatment of a customer. The customer recounts being skipped over by the barber and eventually being told to leave. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects negatively on Fade To Glory. Poor customer service is a weakness that can deter potential customers and harm the reputation of the barbershop.
In conclusion, Fade To Glory has strengths such as skilled barbers, a great atmosphere, fast service, and adherence to COVID-19 safety guidelines. However, there are also weaknesses such as inconsistency in closing times, lack of punctuality, overpricing, and poor customer service. Improving in these areas will be crucial for Fade To Glory to provide a consistently positive and satisfactory experience for their customers.

Girls like the way I look after a cut from Fade to Glory. Many chairs of great barbers , fast service. Atm on site. And covid safety guidelines followed.
The atmosphere was great and I was really looking forward to getting my son's hair cut as I was looking around at the cuts everyone was getting. I saw other kids getting their hair cut and the barbers were great with them. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we received.
My 6 year old son was an emotional mess after leaving there. I can say the atmosphere was great and the barbers and customers all seemed like old friends - close. I loved seeing them joke and cut up and I enjoyed that part of my experience. But the rest was unsatisfactory.
The barbers can cut pretty good for the most part but they overprice haircuts for no reason . I was charged 30 for a simple taper fade . Idk if these tik tok barbers got yall thinking yall ???? but this is not that , will not be coming back yall trippin wit the prices trynna finesse
Awful place, I first called to see if they take walk ins and they said yes. I sat down and wait for over 45 minutes while people kept coming in and the barber would skip me seemingly on purpose. As I was walking out, a barber said I would be next up after the kid who walked in 30 minutes after me. I’m almost positive they didn’t have appointments. I waited for another 2 minutes and I overheard one of the barbers tell another to tell me to leave. Don’t waste your time or money.
10/10, would recommend this barbershop! My son needed a haircut, badly, so I called Will’z around 10:30 a.m. on Halloween (a Saturday) and they told me they were pretty full for the day but that I could come in and they’d accommodate us. We showed up and each station was full, with covid-precautions being observed, such as dividers between clients, masks, no waiting in the barber shop (wait outside and they’ll come to your car...), and no accompanying visitors. Even with all of this, we waited less than 30 minutes. The conversation and television was really chill and family friendly. My son saw “Big George”, who did such a great job giving him the cut he desired and being gentle with his fluffy 4c hair. We just moved here and will continue to see Big George every 2 weeks...couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
