Do not shop here! Like many other reviewers, my husband was unfortunately followed through this store today, carrying a $5 hair dress. We plan to never return.

As a recommendation to management: if you don't trust Black people to safely frequent your establishment, perhaps you should adjust your products and market to a demographic you deem more trustworthy.

Very clean and organized!! Many different varieties for women, men and children. They have hair synthetic and non-synthetic, wigs. synthetic and non-synthetic, combs, hair brushes, baby-hairs (hairline) brushes, makeup, clothes just to name a few. They have many shampoos and conditioners to choose from, for many hair textures. They also apply wigs and lashes at the store. They require reservations for lashes so call for an appointment prior to having your lashes installed. The manager is so nice and very helpful! They only accept exchanges for certain items that have not been opened. No refunds.

I really appreciated the patience and honesty here at this shop. Very helpful and had a decent selection of human hair and synthetic wigs to choose from. Would definitely come back for more hair products or accessories.

They might as well sell you something out of an ally. Words can't even express. Them following you around when you walk in, the entire time, and low quality. Save yourself the trouble. Worst!

I don’t usually shop here because it’s the same experience every time, but it was the closest one to my house. I went in today and was followed by one of the employees the whole time I was in there. They’re always super rude and they’re not helpful at all. horrible experience

I never go to the BS. I shop usually with a hairdresser or professional, but I was going on vacation and was in a bind. I purposely try to avoid Asian Beauty supply stores because of experiences like I had here.

They sold me counterfeit Ghostbond XL. It Does NOT stick at all, it has a FOUL chemical smell and the packaging itself is also peeling - ALL signs of a fake!!! I called them out on it, A lady told me to come in to exchange and I told her I didn’t have a receipt. I literally bought it not even a two days before from the same person. Sorry I didn’t keep the button size “receipt” they throw in a bag. It has Their product tag on it and she still won’t accept it!

The non refundable merchandise due to a receipt is just the unfortunate part. I lost $25 oh well, the bigger issue is That they sell counterfeit products that could potentially seriously damage someone’s hair.

I told the lady she can keep her counterfeit products since they don’t work. Basically this company stole $25 from me. I will never shop here again and I encourage all women of color to shop with local hair artists instead.
