Quick Facts About Nail Trix
Nail Trix has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Some of the strengths mentioned include:
1. Convenient location: One comment mentions that Nail Trix is located near their home, which can be seen as a convenience for those who live in the area.
2. Positive experience for some: One customer comments that their nails look amazing after visiting Nail Trix, suggesting that there are instances where customers have had satisfactory experiences.
3. Availability for walk-ins: Despite having appointments, the salon also takes walk-in customers, which can be beneficial for those who need immediate nail services without prior planning.
However, there are numerous weaknesses and areas for improvement at Nail Trix, as indicated by the comments:
1. Overcrowding and rushed service: Multiple comments highlight issues with overcrowding and rushed service. Waiting for an appointment for two hours and not getting the full service is unacceptable and shows a lack of time management on the part of the salon.
2. Poor hygiene and cleanliness: Several comments mention concerns about the cleanliness of the salon. Not changing gloves, not using liners, and using old and unclean tools are clear indications that the salon does not prioritize hygiene.
3. Lack of professionalism: Customers have mentioned the unprofessional behavior of the nail technicians, including walking away from clients mid-session and arguing with customers about services requested. This portrays a lack of customer service and professionalism.
4. Inconsistent pricing: Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the way prices were communicated and handled. Mentioning one price and then charging a higher price at the end can lead to distrust and confusion.
5. Subpar quality of work: Comments indicate dissatisfaction with the quality of the manicures and pedicures. Bumps, nicks, improper coverage, and unattractive nail art all demonstrate a lack of skill and attention to detail.
6. Uncomfortable or painful experience: Multiple customers experienced discomfort, pain, or injury during their visit to Nail Trix. This suggests that the nail technicians may not be trained properly or are using improper techniques.
Based on the comments, it is clear that Nail Trix has several weaknesses that need to be addressed. These include improving staff training, ensuring proper hygiene and cleanliness, managing appointments more efficiently, and providing consistent and transparent pricing. By addressing these weaknesses, Nail Trix can work towards providing a better customer experience and improving their reputation.

Over crowded, rushed, overpriced, not too clean. This man got upset with me for asking him to change his gloves after he used my gloves to touch 2 other customers water that their feet was in. Lol. No thank you.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolutely appalling the way this business is ran.
My 4 year old daughter and I made an appointment at 11 o clock on a Thursday morning for a Child Mani/Pedi and Gel Pedi & Full Set. We did not get done until 1PM, TWO HOURS LATER and I left WITHOUT a full set. I then had to go to another Nail Salon to get my hands done.. as this was for a special occasion and a time crunch. (Nail Bar and Nail Bar II are absolutely amazing and professional, not to mention WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than this place, go there instead.)
A few different nail techs had to work on my french tip gel pedicure as the line was completely uneven and the tech did not clean up as they usually do with the acetone and brush. Very sloppy. She did not do any hot towels, lotion, or heel scrub.... the usual things that have came with every pedicure in the past was not done. I had to request her to scrub my heel. When my gel pedicure was finally completed I sat down and she began filing my nails for my full set, then a walk in customer showed up and asked if she could have her brows waxed.. the nail tech said nothing to me, got up and walked away mid-session to wax the walk-in's brows. Absolutely unprofessional and rude.
At this point it had been 2 hours and I decided not to get the full set as I was completely exhausted with how I had been treated.
I was told my daughters nails would be $10 for the mani and $10 for the pedi.. I was charged $35 for my child's sloppy nails that I could have very well done at home. They have no special dotting tools or anything for hearts. They also did not put a liner in the child pedicure machine, this is a breeding ground for bacteria and should not be allowed to operate in this condition.
I was charged a total of $95 and did not even get my fingernails done. $35 for a child mani/pedi (NOT GEL) and $60 for a Gel Pedicure that did not even include hot towels or a heel scrub, and TWO HOURS of my time. A complete rip-off. I feel very scammed and I am taking the time to write this detailed review in hopes to avoid this happening to anyone else. I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience with a nail salon. I dont get my nails done too often so this was a treat for my daughter and I, and they completely ruined it for us. Shame on you Nail Trix!
Photo of my daughter's nails $35 manicure attached. My full set in the image is NOT BY THEM.
Pretty old tools and seemed not clean, I recommend they renovated the salon. The manicure quality wasn't good, and he charged me 35$ for a gel manicure even though I didn't ask for that and it wasn't gel. I used to get the same service at every nail salon as a regular manicure. I TOLD HIM AT THE BEGINNING I JUST WANT MANICURE. I didn't mention anything about gel !!!!!
They're trying to fool the customer by not being clear at the beginning and surprise you at the end by charging you extra for a service you didn't ask for !
Every finger is swollen and hurting so bad 6 hours after getting nails done!?! Glued my fingers to the nails on the side of every one and it ripped my skin off. Would NOT recommend this place
My nails are the worst ever. They are so ugly. I wanted to change the color but the man Victor Lo told me I needed a refill. What a bad idea!! He hurts me 2 times, the nails look like mountains and he left nail polish on my skin. I paid 40$ for the worst work ever. Do not go there.
Omg 5 star my nails look amazing- and my 5 yr old loved his first pedi-
Nail Trix had some “tricks” alright! I went in for a gel mani/pedi the paper the lady gave me said $65 for both, but after she finished her scrubbing, shaping of my feet and nails she told me the price was $95. I said the paper you gave me says $65 and she said the price was changed and “he” never changed it to the right price. I paid $35 and walked out never to return!
To begin with, the workers are very rude and argumentative. They were arguing with another client because she specifically did not want gel, and began causing a scene. There work in general is very non professional looking including: bumps, nicks, improper coverage, and false advertising of art. Also, we made an appointment at 4pm for 4 full sets and 1 pedicure (yes that is a lot but they were insistent they could handle it) we arrived at 3:45 and they were completely full, and continued to tell customers they had openings. After waiting an hour to even get started, they were again very rude, non compliant with what we ( the costumers) wanted. I normally don’t comment or rate places like this, but i don’t want anyone to have to deal with the same experience we did. Overall would not recommend at all!!!
