Quick Facts About Noble Nails

Noble Nails has several strengths that make it a popular choice for nail services. Firstly, the salon is known for its cleanliness and adherence to sanitary protocols. Customers have praised the salon for its uniform standards of cleanliness and sanitation, which instills confidence in their overall experience. This is particularly important in a nail salon, where hygiene is paramount.
Additionally, Noble Nails is known for being meticulous in their services. Many customers have noted that the technicians take their time and pay attention to detail, resulting in consistently great nail results. The absence of drills for gel manicures is also seen as a positive attribute, as it contributes to healthier nails. The salon also offers nice touches like hot gloves and timed massages, enhancing the overall experience.
Another strength of Noble Nails is its location and convenience. Customers appreciate the salon's proximity to other establishments, making it a convenient choice for those who are looking to combine their nail appointment with other errands or appointments. This convenience factor adds value for customers, saving them time and effort.
Furthermore, Noble Nails has received positive feedback for its COVID-19 protocols. Customers appreciate the salon's strict adherence to mask mandates and constant sanitization. This attention to safety measures is seen as a strength and creates a comfortable environment for customers who prioritize health and safety.
However, despite these positive aspects, there are also weaknesses that have been identified by customers. One recurring complaint is the lack of friendliness exhibited by some technicians. Customers have mentioned feeling unwelcome and rushed during their appointments, which diminishes the overall experience. Additionally, there have been instances where the language barrier caused difficulties in effective communication. Customers who faced these challenges felt that their preferences were not fully understood or considered, resulting in disappointment with the final outcome.
Another weakness of Noble Nails is the inconsistent quality of service depending on the technician assigned. Some customers have had positive experiences with friendly and English-speaking technicians, while others have encountered unfriendly and non-communicative ones. This inconsistency in service quality can be frustrating for customers who value a personalized and pleasant experience.
Lastly, some customers have mentioned that the prices at Noble Nails are on the higher side. While they acknowledge that the quality of service justifies the price to some extent, others find it to be too expensive, especially for regular visits.
In conclusion, Noble Nails has strengths such as cleanliness, attention to detail, convenience, and adherence to safety protocols. However, weaknesses such as unfriendly technicians, inconsistent service quality, and higher prices have been identified. Understanding these strengths and weaknesses can help individuals make an informed decision about whether Noble Nails is the right choice for their nail care needs.

Best TL Reviews

I went here for a refill. I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and luckily they had an available nail tech, because this place is busy. The phone was ringing off the hook and back to back customers, so I definitely recommend making an appointment beforehand. My tech was Johnny and overall he did a great job. I didn’t get warm and fuzzies from this place, but as a Black Woman, I’ve given up on the idea that Asian nail salons aren’t biased; they were professional enough and clean. My refill was $55, a little pricey in my opinion even for hard gel, but this place is right next to my chiropractor’s office so it was worth the convenience.
The most clean and sanitary salon I’ve ever been to. Everything done is uniform from one manicurist to another. They don’t use drills for gel manicures like a lot of other places. My nails are much healthier because of this. They take their time and my nails always come out great. Nice touches like hot gloves at the end of a manicure or a timed massage for a pedicure. You need an appointment for sure, call at least a day or two before you need them done.
It's not the most affordable but you get what you pay for. They do a great job. The manicure and pedicures last and look great. It's a treat for sure.
A walk-in customer turns Client!! Amazing protocol for COVID-19, all mask mandatory something I appreciate because I will be more than 40’ sitting there. Constantly sanitizing everything. Very meticulous with the pedicure I love it!! The service so far I will say the best in Princeton. Happy to found this place!
After several visits to the salon for pedicures, I swore off ever going back & giving them my money. They are not friendly, they rush you to pick a color and they rush the service. They don’t make you feel welcome it feels like a revolving door trying to get in as many people in & out as possible. Last time I got a pedicure the woman was so rough and cut me twice and when I told her I was bleeding she gave ME a dirty look. Good nail salons I recommend are: wonder nails or NJ perfect nails.
I was so surprised how close the shop was to my apartment. I have a walker. Soon as I got to door was greeter. The staff was great and my mani/Pedi was a great experience. Recommend Noble Nails.
Nice salon for manicures and pedicures.good selection of colors and massage chairs. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.
You really have to advocate for yourself here and if you don't, you won't get even close to what you're looking for. The technicians I got were so incredibly unfriendly that even when I said "Hi! How are you?" All I got was a grunt. They don't make eye contact or smile. My pedi & mani technicians hardly spoke a single word of English and didn't seem to care about trying to ask me what I wanted. They were very *very* curt and I was nervous the whole time that they were going to give me a style I did not want. In the end, I was glad they even got close. I got fake nails with french tips for my wedding. (no one said congrats). They turned out ok but they were longer and boxier than I would have liked ideally. I told her very very short just like the length of her nails but she still made them long. The prices were really good but I recommend being a strong advocate for what you want and bringing a picture. I also could tell that there were other technicians who were friendly and some who knew English and communicated with their client. I think if you go there more than once you can find the good ones and then only book with them.
