Been coming here for 15+ years. The stylists are always great! I had 4 stylists that I stuck with over the years, but the establishment itself has gone downhill over the past few years. Their prices keep going up and up and I had a really bad experience with management once. I called and booked my appointment a week in advance like I have been for all these years. Show up to my appointment and they don't have me in the system. Apparently they updated their system and some people lost their appointments. Ok fine. I'll reschedule. I ask for a discount, not a full comp due to the mishap and the fact I had to take off work and drive over there. The manager rudely tells me that it's not the stylists fault and they shouldn't have to pay. I agree and say it should come out of Roosters cut. She said well if I don't like it, I can go someplace else. Horrible customer service. 15+ years and they can give me $10 for their screw up?
Showed up 8 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. They have a 10 minute policy but I wasn't later than 10 minutes and they didn't call. With that said...the manager was very understanding and apologized for the frustration I experienced at first and even comped my hair cut.
Overall, a situation that was pretty upsetting turned into a situation I'm happy to say was resolved with good customer service.

I took my 19 month old in for a haircut and the gentleman who cut his hair did an amazing job! My son doesn’t enjoy haircuts and he was very patient and quick with the cut which was so appreciated! Will definitely be back for the next haircut. :)
Ashlee was amazing! It was my first time at Roosters and I felt very welcomed and taken care of. I got a men’s haircut and shampoo. Ashlee talked me through exactly what she was doing and was very attentive. I highly recommend Roosters and Ashlee!!
Best cut in town. Skip the towel wrap-they stopped using mint. New smell is terrible. Still a great experience!
Had an appointment for a beard trim. Michelle is great. I should have done a before and after. I'll go back again for a hair cut and beard trim combo with a clean up shave. This might be my new place to get trimmed up. Thanks to Michelle.
Have received decent haircuts here before. Was a total of 12 minutes late to my last appointment due to getting pulled over. Over the phone they said that I could still get a cut without the hair wash, but when I arrived they turned me away without even trying to setup another appointment. God forbid that life happens to you on an appointment day, because they will not work with you.
I booked an appointment two days in advance and selected "any stylist" from the website. But this morning I got a call saying they could not make my time because a stylist wouldn't be available. So, not a SINGLE stylist will be available at 5pm? Not a single one, for an appointment booked 48 hours in advance?
Since they can't be bothered to honor their schedules, they deserve a 1.
