Terrible customer service tonight. An extremely heavy set older guy was very very rude. And the selection of hair products has decline. The organization of the store has decline drastically as well. He complained that I spent 30 minutes to spend a few dollars as I didn’t see what I wanted but wanted to make a purchase regardless. Horrible customer service. And most of the hair selection is no longer available.
