Very nice neighborhood beauty supply store. They are very nice to my hair clients and treat everyone with respect. If you have to exchange anything, they don't give you a hard time. Prices are slightly higher than other Beauty Supply Stores but the Customer Service is very good!
This location is one of my go to locations. I've had a good experience the past few times I've been. The ladies greet me when I come in. And they give me space to find what I need. I also had to make an exchange today and they let me do so with no problem. Very friendly and helpful.
Today my 3 black children went in with money to shop and was told by the manager she didn’t like them and said they had to go!!! When I called she was very rude on the phone yelling at me and telling me to come see her as if she had a problem with me. She called my kids liars after changing her story 3 times on the phone with me!!!! I spend so much money there, it’s absolutely unbelievable that these are the same people I have dealt with. I will never shop here again and I’m reporting them to the better business bureau so I hope everyone is here legally!!!! It’s sad that children are profiled because they are black, the world can’t change because of ignorance and today my children experience it!!!! Very angry mom!!!!!
I will not be going back they take hair out of 3 bundle packs to sell less hair but at the price. Went in for braiding hair was not greeted, picking hair out right next to associate still not greeted. This is definitely something that needs to be look in to because its not a good thing to play with customers money.
This place is awful to their customers. They follow you pester you stare at you with disgust. Don't go to this store spending your money

Customer service was excellent. They salespersons were kind and very considerate. They asked for my ID when I used my credit card which gave them extra kudos.
Here is the deal. It's a very nice store with lots of makeup, hair, hair accessories, wigs and even a few clothing options. But they are infact, very rude. They have a horrible return policy that is very contradictory. It's not outside the regular rude that you experience from a "non-Black" owned beauty supply store (If you catch my drift). The owners of these establishment tend to have HORRIBLE customer service and it is because THEY CAN. They know that we will continue to come back... And we do. Smh I only go there when I need something my local black owned beauty supply store doesn't have and can't get. Enter at your own risk ????????♀️
