Super, SUPER awesome, sweet ladies at City of Gulfport Water Dept! Tara and Christy, I believe were their names Just moved to Gulfport and they sure know how to welcome people! They could seriously give lessons to so many businesses. And they were like that with everyone that came in.
I've been to several banquets there and it's been awesome.
Very nice facility; did not visit the Community Center, but did pay our water bill at the office on the south side of the building. Water department was a sparsely decorated place with a cashier window...Paid our bill, and left. Was hard to say if the two staff members were friendly, but one was very diligent in posting our payment and giving us a reciept.
It gets a 5 because we celebrated our cousin's retirement from the Navy in this building. It was a nice facility and the ceremony was fantastic. Job well done.
This place was old and dated. On a cold day the conference room was colder than outside. My tail bone hurt so much from the chairs I almost screamed when I stood. Audio visuals were lacking. Wouldn't recommend if you expect people to come back.
Thank you for updating the picture! The Lyman Community Center is the meeting place for W.O.W. - Women of Wisdom! Please join us the second Wednesday of each month from noon to 1:00! The event is free and the meal is $10.
We went to get new service for water thru the City of Gulfport in Orange Grove. Tara R was an excellent representative, very pleasant, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great experience ????
The person that helped the other day was rude. The men that turned my water off(which has never happened) said that they would come back as soon as I paid my bill(which I did) the person at that took my payment did so much typing that I felt like she was delaying the reconnections so I’m still sitting here at 12:30 the next day waiting on them to turn my water back on. If the men that came out here had not been nice I would give you a 1.
